Recent transplant to OC and so glad to have found Mirage, Sabrina was incredibly knowledgable and professional. I love the friendly vibe and clearly long-​term clientele base. I was the only one in who hadn’t been a client for 20+ years, that speaks volumes. Very thankful to have hit the jackpot of salons on my first try!

I looked up this place on Unilocal & saw great reviews… the Organic products are what drew me in. Sabrina, the very experienced owner of the salon, worked on my hair. She spent about 6 hours on my hair, as she is a perfectionist. I have dark brown hair and came in with virgin roots and a mediocre ombré job. She lifted the color and transformed my hair, starting off with a very golden blonde at first. She then moved to a Barbie nearly platinum blonde. Both didn’t work wit my skin tone and she refused to let me leave until she achieved the desired look (which I loved). Finally she worked her magic and gave me a beautiful matte balayage ombré that I wanted. My hair color was just as important to Sabrina as it was to me, and that’s the kind of artist that should be working on any part of you, especially your hair! She is diligent, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled at what she does. She has become my go-​to for hair!

Sabrina well extremely knowledgeable and I love my hair turned out. She added many bonuses to my appointment, including conditioning and curling. Mirage Salon has a wonderful staff… I highly recommend!

Everyone in the salon is so friendly. Sabrina did a full highlight on my hair and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. She’s also very fast but doesn’t rush herself.

Talk about amazing service, expertise and a wonderful customer experience! I had called 4 salons trying to get in to get my roots done after work and everyone was booked. I called The Mirage Salon and Sabrina picked up and made time for me! I am so impressed with how friendly and how knowledgable she is with her experience. She has been doing hair for 30 years and she knows H A I R !!! I recommend this salon!!! It’s owned by an amazing business woman who is passionate about her services! :)

I’m 8 months pregnant with baby #2 and feeling like a frumpy mom; always with my hair in a lazy bun or ponytail. I naturally have thin, fine dark brown hair and wanted layers and ORGANIC baby highlights to add volume and texture. C’mon, harsh chemicals and a preggo momma do NOT go well together. I showed her a picture I found on Pinterest of something subtle, classy, low maintenance, and very natural looking and she nailed it. (check out the picture with my review!) Sabrina was friendly, suggested if I check in on Unilocal that she’d give me a FREE deep conditioning treatment. She got my attention at free :) I opened up and told her exactly what I wanted to achieve, and she made lots of suggestions, and she told me how much each service was and that she’d give it to me for a discount price of $_​_​since it was my first time there. No pressure, and I was able to pick and choose which service I wanted. I had questions about using a dry shampoo and she gave me a free bottle of dry shampoo as a thank you gift for coming in! I’ll be coming back soon to get an organic body perm to add some style into my hair. «Wash and Go» is what she called it. I’m pretty excited cuz with 2 kids, no ain’t got time to be curling and styling!

Sabrina is some kind of hair goddess! She is amazing. I had dyed my natural blonde a copper color (at a salon, not a bad home dye job or anything) and was ready to go blonde again after moving back to Orange County. I had expected this to be an expensive and time-​consuming process that would damage my hair. To my surprise and delight, Sabrina was able to do a heavy weave and get me back to blonde in one visit! My hair feels even healthier than it did before. She took the time with each client to ensure they were getting exactly what they wanted, and was thorough in explaining the process and cost upfront which I really appreciate. I am so glad I found such a great stylist in Costa Mesa, I’ll be back! Thanks Sabrina!

My hair dresser sabrina was great, she always knows what I want and gets really creative. I always trust her judgement and advice and the end results are always great! I would def recommend her and her salon. Her staff is always welcoming and polite and they always offer you tea, coffee or water. :)

Just got done getting my hair cut and colored here at Mirage. Sabrina is such a sweetheart talking to her feels like talking to a wise older friend. Ain think that was half of experience. And not to mention the amazing consultation she gave me and she had an answer for every one of the millions of questions I had. I am extremely indecisive when it comes to my hair but her experience put me so much at ease. She even stayed open late just for me. You really can’t get that kind of service most places. I think I found my new favorite hair dresser. I am coming back tomorrow to edge it up a little with some hot red highlights. I absolutely can’t wait!

I got my hair done here as a walk in.
I was referred to Tatum for a subtle color and trim. She was careful and thoughtful.
They knew color products well. Set me up with EXACTLY the color I was looking for. Subtle Gold Bayalage to update my overgrown ombré. My hair turned out better than I even envisioned.
I ended up purchasing the AVEDA shampoo and conditioner that was used for my rinse. My hair was styled just how I requested with great attention to detail.
