Found Maid In Time and chose to go with them because they had the most legit website and seemed very reliable. I was right! Not only is the site well designed (which shows they want to do all things well), but it was really easy to sign up (online in a minute). Sandra was the maid, who came on time! She was really friendly and personable, paying me compliments on how clean my place was already (ha!). She did a great job and I’ll definitely use Maid In Time in the future. Seemed more like a friend cleaning your place rather than an employee of some random maid service, which showed me they are really focusing on the customer experience in addition to the cleaning services. Great people, great cleaning, great process, great company. It was refreshing…(get it?)

. Very up front pricing, and fair for the fantastic job the two ladies provided. I got the deep clean because, well, it needed it. They were in and out in three hours, and my home sparkles. Nick is great, with very timely communications and nery personable. I will use this service regularly, the best service I have ever used, ever.

Booked a cleaning for my little rother’s pad in irvine as a b-​day present. Delivered exactly as I expected. They were on time did a great job in a short amount of time and left. His place was a mess and I’m told it’s now sparkling ubt probably won’t be for long knowing him. The convenience of having access to rates on their website and the ability to book online really set maid in time apart in my opinion. I love seeing some modern customer service and technology applied to such an antiquate industry. This is a company I would gladly do business with again.
