Few Month ago i decided to visit this place, i went in Atore there was «Big Lady» at Cashier Counter, She Said Hello, i answered Hello, She asked if i Need Help? I Said No i will Just Look Around. Here is the Worst Part about This Lady, She was Staring at me With Wide Eyes and Not Movieing Herself eyes From me Even For Few Seconds, She Is Not Professional and Creepy. Prices are Littlebit Expensive then Normal price.

I would start by saying how friendly they were when we came in, until we continued looking around and weren’t left alone by the woman behind the register. She would cut in while I wasn’t even speaking to her. Although I only asked one question I couldn’t pick anything up without her yelling about it across the room.
And when my boyfriend went up to pay she loudly stated how he was short a measly 40 cents and would deafaningly count down every few cents I’d pull out of my pocket as if she wanted the rest of the store to know. She thought she was smart but instead just obnoxious and rude as hell. I will not be giving this place my business since they refuse to show respect by allowing customers their damn privacy.

Kailey was very knowledgeable and professional. The customer service was fantastic! She answered all our questions and made relevant suggestions. It was nice to go into a speciality store where you were treated in a manner that made you feel comfortable. Kudos to Lotions & Lace for hiring Kailey! I would recommend this store, and will be back because of the excellent service I received from Kailey!

great to shop at lotions and lace due to the wide selection of personal accessorirs and sexy to sophisticated outfits available. The staff is always helpful making it very comfortable to shop for items your just getting familiar with.
Emily in particular was very helpful as I was able to get all my questions answered, had great recommendations and overall made it fun and pleasant to shop.

Decent selection of products for good prices, but is owned by assholes who talk down to their employees and treat them like trash. I don’t recommend shopping there is you don’t want your money going to people like that, when you could go somewhere else or order online…

I came into this store for the first time on Sunday with my best friend & I loved it! It was my first time coming in here and the two girls working there that day were super nice, helpful, & easy to talk to. They have good recommendations and made it a pleasant visit.
My best friend bought some cute thigh highs & I bought the shaving lotion & the after shave must to go with it (super AMAZING btw)
Will definitely be back!

A lovely lady helped me out today. I’m not sure of her name. But she was really nice. Let me try on a bunch of outfits without hesitation. And I got quite a bit. I used 40% on this hot school girl tutu. Which is already $ 26 but I still got more discount. And a «play set» that included various items such as handcuffs, blindfold, and a whip on sale for $ 8. So good deals. And good customer service. The selection is a bit narrow. But still has everything for a good price.

Mehhhh… this is an OKAY spot… not that special, pretty vanilla if you ask me compared to Condom Revolution or Spanky’s. I’d even rather go to Touch of Romance. If you are looking for lube, condoms, some outfits and maybe party favors then this place will serve you well. Great place to take girlfriends or timid people so they don’t freak out and ooooh and ahhhh over everything.

I like this shop best. I visited 5 shops like this in the area. Conrev was too goth, Pleasure Palace, too small and seedy. Pink Kitty was a good second, but out of the way, which might be good.
At lotions they have good selection, helpful personnel. I brought my wife back for the final selection of a new toy. Although she was a little embarrassed, the open helpfulness of the woman attendant warmed my wife up, and she really got into making the decision. The toy hit the spot, so all is good.

There is something for everyone! The clothing selection ranges from pure trashy skank outfits to romantic fireside eye candy. Decent prices.
The toy selection used to be the biggest in OC. Now its dwindled down to the basics and their selection for the ’ weird’ stuff is almost gone and the bondage selection is a joke.
L &L is a place for the «average person». Vanilla two scoops.
No jerk off booths, no weird creepy employees, no «what the F@^k» is that used for” toys, no hardcore BSDM, no fisting movies. etc!
They like to keep it sweet and lovely. I love taking my female friends here and turning them loose. A little this and that, we leave with a smile!
There’s also a fun local bar 40′ away in the same small parking lot.
Beware: its a known DUI hot spot!!!

This was my after lunch hangout before I made the trek back to my crappy cubicle.ugghhh. Often I would hit up Wahoo’s or some other spot in the area. Also, when traffic would suck on the way home, so I would stop and see what’s new in the adult shopping world.
They have everything like the other reviewers have said. I was really big on the sexy costumes and like Jenny S. mentions… I bought lots of things on impulse. HA HAH. This place is definitely couples and female friendly. You don’t get that «hairy Palm» feeling with a bunch of guys checking out porn. Very classy and courteous staff. At times, I would need to ask questions especially for the non-​missionary toys and apparatuses.
Beware gentlemen, that silicone covered, high tech, 12-​inch powerful and gyrating toy may be your replacement, so buy at your own risk.
I am totally kidding (but then not really).
