Ricardo’s saved my hair!
Before Ricardo’s, I had a really really really bad hair job. Blonde was not my thing and not what I wanted. So my friend recommended me to Ricardo’s, and they helped me out. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and they got it done. And they made sure that it was what I wanted. And I couldn’t be happier so thank you Ricardo and staff

Ricardo and Maite are the best. My hair is super thick and curly and they always know how to keep it healthy & look great. It is for sure the best place to get any hair treatment like Japanese Yuko or Kertain because they take their time & have a lot of experience with the products. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Based on Unilocal reviews I decided to take my daughter who’s in town from northern California in for a dreadlock wash and up do as well as time with the make-​up artist. Ricardo was very attentive and knowledgeable which put me at ease. Overall very impressed. Sorry I didn’t catch the make-​up artist name but he was just as attentive and passionate with his service as well. Overall wonderful experience — THANK YOU!

After reading all the great reviews about Ana I decided to make an appt. And she was great! Just what I was looking for fun, friendly, knowledgeable, very up to date with the styles, didn’t rush me, love my new cut! I found my new girl :) very reasonable rates and nice salon too.

Ricardo is absolutely amazing and wonderful! I have three children that are half Jamaican and half East Indian, and before I came to «Hair by Ricardo» it was very difficult to find someone that can cut their hair properly, especially my 10 yr old son. When I went to Ricardo’s he was a master with his scissors. He knew exactly how to cut my boys hair, and how to do my daughters hair. There were no patches left in my boys hair, like when I go to other salons. Ricardo is also very accommodating with my busy schedule and the price is always very reasonable.

Terrible got the strangest haircut. She didn’t even ask which side I parted it. Legit cut straight across and then straightened it and slicked it down !!!

What a spectacular shop all around. Came here to get dreads done by Ricardo, and he did an excellent job even with my straight caucasian hair. Would highly recommend to anyone — great staff, clean, comfortable, mix of clientele. I’d give it six stars if that were an option.

I don’t go anywhere else. I am always satisfied and happy when I leave. I love how they always do my hair and put up with my weird style phases. Ricardo has done magic with my hair even when I didn’t think it was possible. They are very accommodating and I have no trouble stopping by and not having to wait. By appointment and walk-​ins welcomed. They treat you great here and that is why I love getting my hair cut here.

You have made my mother and I regular customers.
My mother got a hair cut and a few streaks and she was just in love with how it turned out.
After I saw what an amazing job you did on her and I had the time I decided to get a bob (I had long hair so it was a drastic change). Everyone has complimented me on it. It looks amazing everyday! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you sooo much. We will see you in a month for my moms touch up.

Hair by Ricardo is awesome! I went in today and the young lady Candy at the front was very friendly. The hair dressers do a great job pampering and styling their clients hair to their liking. I did not have to wait long to get service.
They are conveniently located in Kmart Shopping Plaza downstairs near the Optometrist. Their location was clean, modern and had a fresh vibe.

I have a lot of trouble trusting people with my hair. My hair takes forever to grow, so if a hairdresser messes it up… well, I won’t look somewhat human for many many months.
One star for: Following what I wanted. I showed Ricardo a picture of a haircut that I wanted and he adjusted it to my face-​frame. He did not rush and he made sure everything looked great. And it did. Yay :)
One star for: a clean environment. Even though there must be hair everywhere, they clean it up well.
One star for: Ricardo’s friendliness. He was nice to talk to while he was cutting my hair.
One star for: his nice assistant (I can’t believe I forgot her name. I feel so bad). I wanted to learn how to curl my hair and she showed me. She was very nice. However, I look horrible with curls on, but that isn’t the point. If you want to know how to style your hair, you can ask her.
I would definitely come back.
