The staff was quick to help me find what I was looking for, and to help me make a recommendation of a game as well. I found this very useful because they had the product knowledge. One of the better gamestops I have been too. Time for fire emblem all day: D

Helpful and cheerful

I bought a play toy for my nephew at Puzzle Zoo and I carried the bag in at Game Stop. I was greeted nicely by these two young ladies, and I don’t mind if they are checking me out if I took something as walk out the store, but they need to be more subtle when doing so. They were so focus on my bag that they were caught by surprise when I suddenly turn around to say goodbye as I was walk out. Clearly they need to be retrained in customer service and in theft prevention without insulting the customers… :D

The staffs incredibly nice, helpful and are fun to talk with. They don’t harass (force preorders) like other GameStop branches. Never had a problem at this branch!

I bought a XBOX and tried it once. Didn’t like it and wanted to return it within 7 days. They have very sketchy return policy. Schmuck Manager was lecturing me that like a car that depreciates as soon as it is driven from the lot. a XBOX 360 system also depreciates as soon as anyone walks out of the store. Even a car company lets you drive around and try the car before buying idiot. It is long time that I had seen one of these stupid idiotic companies and crappy store people. He even tells me that Bestbuy does the same. Duh! Isn’t that why bestbuy is begging for investors to keep its store open. Waiting to see this crappy company also go.
Which store doesn’t let you try electronics and return them within certain period?
Thank god. I saw their crappy behavior and stopped 3 of my friends from going to this junk place.
Very Rude and Sketchy People.

It’s Gamestop, so you know what to expect. I did get my copy of Hitman Absolution, which was the only game I preordered this year. They also sold me a PS3 for $ 125 last year, so I really can’t complain about them. I do find this location to be better than other stand alone stores that I’ve been to in terms of service.

This was an okay Gamestop as the employees answered my questions and all. Upon paying for the games that I wanted, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a pro account. I politely declined because I rarely visit Gamestop, but the employee was very persistent in asking me to upgrade. Other than that, the selection of games were o-​k. It was difficult trying to look for specific games, but other than that it wouldn’t be the first Gamestop that I’d visit.

Okay we’re on a Call of Duty Black Ops Zombie mission now. So we hooked up two tv’s in the living room and two PS3’s and been playing 4 player zombie. It’s pretty fun and we drink and yell at each other. Very weird when I read this back to myself so I’ll stop there.
Used game — $ 30. Hours of entertainment — Priceless.

decent selection of games. both used and new.
if you trade in a newer game, you will receive more of a credit at the store. but the sales staff told me that most games except for a few will sell for more than 10 bucks.
thee used and new games for recent releases do not differ in price that much. maybe a couple of bucks. might as well buy the game online cuz you might find a coupon code for it.
felt like a creepy old pedophile in the store… all the shoppers in the store were like under the age of 18. :(weird.

Fairly decent selection of games no matter which platform you use. Usually busy with teens and tweens checking out the games. Service is ok; you’ll usually find the staff behind the counter or standing next to it so if you have a question, you have to go to them.
They do offer a trade-​in allowance for games you’ve already played. The more popular the game, the more $$ you can expect to receive. If you’re looking to buy a used game, however, don’t expect big savings — usually just 10% or so off the retail price.
