I had the best shopping experience at Escada. Katie was my saleslady. She informed me of the extra sale and helped me find additional sizes. I got two pairs of pants and a top. The pants fit like a dream! addendum: This review is from a woman. I didn’t realize I was on my husband’s Unilocal account.

Too much attitude in here. I was stared at like I was a schlump who had the audacity to darken their door and enter their establishment. Oh excuse me. I forgot that Escada hires royalty to work their sales floor. Let me bow down to you and back out the door. LOL.

Well to start off I’m not use to this Unilocal thing but on this particular issue that I feel that people and especially management should be made aware of what is going in their store. While visiting Orange County, what better place to shop than south coast plaza. I love all the stores like fendi, Prada etc. I decided to stop by ESCADA and I had the unfortunate displeasure of talking to the most un educated, rude and un professional person and I got her card just so I could remember who to contact corporate about. Mis Sandra Solis made me feel so unwelcome in that store. She ignored me when I asked questions about the merchandise as she laughed and talked to the other sales girls(probably about me) or on her cell phone texting away. when she did actually talk to me I could barely understand her !! She just stared at me up and down as to figure out if I could afford to be there. I’m surprised ESCADA would even allow someone who is obviously to old and bitter to work for them and more so to stand on their sales floor. I feel brand representation is crucial especially in fashion. Her hair was a mess and her uniform fit terrible on her because of her being soo overweight !! She has no idea what customer service is, no idea what professional appearance is and has horrible communication skills !! I will never go back into that ESCADA or any other ESCADA as long as they have people like«Mis Solis» working there. She needs to be shipped out to an outlet store until she learns manners and professional work ethics !! I was horrified with my experience !! ESCADA you really need to address this issue because you are loosing valuable customers !!!

I do not mind paying premium price for premium products. However, i do mind paying premium price for extremely low end service and return policies.
