Called in an order. wanted to make sure it would be ready for pickup in an hour salesperson stated yes I will have it done for you, got to the store and nothing was ready waited 15 mins for order, asked why and he stated I didn’t think you were coming In. Why did I even bother to call ahead, nil customer service.

Dunn-Edwards, Costa Mesa. Great customer service. Asst manager Mr Brian Enlow is the most helpful and knowledgeable paint consultant in the corporation. He knows and understands how to run a store. I’m a happy return customer.

I visited Emily at the Color Consultation desk and she was great! Emily was professional, friendly, and had a trained eye to help me pick out paint colors for my new home. I brought in a sample of my flooring and I had an idea of what I wanted and Emily help me put it all together. She pointed me in the right direction and gave me great advice.

Dunn Edwards has good paint in general. But the costa mesa site has terrible service. The first time I went there, I walked in and kept looking for someone to help me, but ALL the personnel walked past without giving me a second glance. I had to get in line at the cashier to get someone to answer my question. The second time I went, I had made an appointment with their paint color specialist. I showed up for the appointment 5 minutes early but ended up waiting 35 minutes before I finally gave up and left, because she had a customer and when I tried catch her attention, she ignored me. The store in Tustin has good service, but I’ll never go to the one in Costa Mesa again.

We have been a general contractor now for 33 years at Farthing Development Inc. Dunn Edwards was always a long distance from us. They first built the store on Bristol and later built the new store on Newport. The Newport store is just great John, Mark, and Veronica are great people and do their job well. When they are busy we work together and get the products I need ASAP. I call in my orders and when they say they will be done they are. Have known Veronica from back in the Wallpaper days. We were a distributor of Dunn Wall coverings in our Showroom back in the 80’s. She has always gone out of her way to make sure that we are taken care of. The only short fall at this point has been inventory. They just remodeled the store and corporate changed the shipping system. So I am sure these changes will affect the low inventory. Great work GUYS(and gals) hope to do 32 years more business. And don’t let Mark go on vacation any more… LOL
