Dry Clean California

I’ve use this place twice and both times they have ruins the item (s) being dry cleaned.
The first time I went in about 8 months ago I had them wash about 10 solid color dress shirts. 8 out of 10 of them came back to me faded with what appeared to be chemical spots. I took the passive approach and did not complain. Last time I make that mistake…
Fast-​forward to Jan. 29, 2016, I figured I would give them another shot. This time I had my Cal King comforter that needed to be cleaned. The service took about a week. When I received it back it had an overwhelming burnt odor coming from it AND was not cleaned a single bit. There was dog hair all over it, dirt and spots that easily could come out with light rubbing of a wash cloth. They clearly have an issue with quality. Now for the icing on the cake… the service.
The owner claimed that he cleaned it but even his own employees told him that it was still dirty and smelled burnt. I asked for my money back and they REFUSED. They offered to rewash the comforter but it was already ruined. We asked to speak with the owner in person and the owner told us to come in several different times at specific times to do so. When we came in at the agreed meeting time employees would inform us that he was NOT there and was NOT coming in. We heard him on the phone with his employees and each time he would be yelling at them so loud on the other end of the phone that we could hear.
This operation is ran by a slithering snake of an owner. A true class act COWARD without business acumen. It would have been nice if he just refunded our $ 32.40. Thank God for the ability to dispute credit card charges.

Horrible service. We used this cleaner a few times and had multiple shirts and dresses ruined. Buttons went missing; a shirt came back with a rip; my brand new Ralph Lauren dress and my husband’s dress shirt came back with mysterious stains. When we went back, another customer was there to complain about his shirt that was completely shrunken. He was being treated so badly and the lady behind the counter shushed him with a wave. We regret going there just because of a convenient location.

Worst customer service! Let’s start with the fact that the Window advertises same day service so I drop my shirt off 24 hours in advance and my shirt is still not ready. The man tries to find it for 30 minutes and rushes to finish it so he throws it in the dryer to get the wrinkles out he says. Anyways my shirt gets done and is about a size shorter than when I drop it off and no refund or guarantee. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS OR TRUST YOUR ITEMS WITH THIS BUSINESS…

These people burned 3 pairs of my pants. Will not replace or give any type of refund. They are crooks, do not go here.

I’ve been using these guys steady for years now. Some dry cleaning, but mostly wash & press work shirts. They’ve always done a great job on both counts. I got no complaints at all, and I’m happy both pricing & service.
I was looking for the week end hours on the web site, and saw some negative reviews here, and had to set the record straight. This is a good local business to support & i’ve been in this town close to 40 years now. My woman uses ‘em too, and she hasn’t complained about any problems either, and I would have heard about that.

The only reason I am giving one star is because the dry cleaning came back okay. We also had our laundry done there. Having just moved here, I should have done my research a little more. We spent $ 200 and had about $ 150 worth of stuff ruined. All of our cloths were loosely packed in a sack and wrinkled SO bad that I spent hours redoing them. My cream colored jacket came back blue and three sizes too small. We had several items completely shrunk (even socks!!) Everything was inside out and not taken care of at all. If you are a professional laundry facility, you should be able to wash things without ruining them. Ever heard of a delicate cycle? All of our clothes smelt as well, as if they had been sitting wet and in a machine too long. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about all of ruined things, the money I spent to have them ruined, and the hours upon hours I had to spend rewashing everything. Terrible business. Would never go back and will never recommend it to anyone.

My husband brought his dry cleaning here on accident (I usually drop off cleaning elsewhere and I already knew this place was subpar). He paid up front and when he went to pick it up a week later they insisted he did not pay and refused to give him his shirts unless he paid again. Need I say more?

I randomly picked this cleaners one day and I have to say they do a great job. Their hours are good, friendly and organized at the time of drop off & pickup and overall good prices.

Horrible customer service. Bought a deal back ago on homerun or livingsocial and they said there isn’t one that exist. I’m bringing it back to this place to show them again, but what a pain in the butt!!!
I tried paying ahead of time with coupon but they said no, then the guy said the coupon was suppose to be used before I pick it up… omg I hate this place. Its cool to have complications, but they are so rude. Rude enough for me to give 1 star. They must be only in business because there isn’t any dry cleaning locations around.
Highly not recommend this place. Out of my 3 times experience and interactions so far, its been okay and then two negatives. Im just going pay for my jackets and forfeit the rest of the $ 40 spent on that stupid deal.
