Representative was on time to provide quote-​others weren’t. Final bill was price quoted. No access to house needed so I didn’t have to take time off work. Technician was courteous and job was completed timely. My type of deck will require additional seal coating 2 – 3 years out– I will definitely use Crank Bros for that service.

This review is for the customer support and on-​site estimate service. The girl who made my appointment was very friendly and efficient. Kevin from Crank Brothers came out to provide an estimate. I quickly realized that I had inappropriately called them out (sorry!) but he remained very helpful and actually went above and beyond in offering advice and suggestions on how to address our problem. In the end they would have been able to do a very small portion of the work so agreed to send a quote, which arrived promptly from his office staff. We didn’t end up using Crank Brothers because we really needed a different service and the high cost of bringing them in for a very small portion didn’t work for us. However, I was so impressed with the way they treated me that I really wanted to share this info.
