Coastal Restoration

Coastal Restoration came out and did the work on our house following a pretty bad pipe leak in the slab. They were recommended through our insurance and turned out to be very good. Mike would call me almost daily with updates and was a pleasure to work with. Even with little things that I pointed out, which might annoy some companies, they were willing to take care of it to make me happy. They went above and beyond. When a tough-​to-​match exterior paint color looked off, they repainted everything until they came as close as they could. They did not cut corners and I always felt like their priority was my satisfaction. They even completed what needed to be done in the living areas first so that my family and I could move back in as soon as possible and left the other work toward the end of the job. We were very grateful for their work.

My parents, who are in their 80s, had an undetected leak in their dishwasher line that ended up causing disastrous water and mold damage to a good part of their home. After contacting their insurance agent we were introduced to Colby from Coastal Restoration Inc. Colby was not only a true professional from beginning to end but he showed true care for my parents in this very difficult situation. Being elderly, their situation was a little unique and Colby showed them the utmost respect and compassion. He made sure they understood every step of the process and was a true advocate for them with the insurance company. Not only was Colby a pleasure to work with but he has an amazing team who performed each step of the restoration with care and precision. The project included dry wall replacement, paint, new counter installation, new cabinet and floor installation and of course all the demo that preceded that. It was all performed in a timely manner and actually was finished ahead of schedule! I can’t thank Colby and his team at Coastal Restoration enough!
