Back in March, I was at a conference in Anaheim and needed a last minute gift for my father. I’m a regular at the OC Mix (Costa Mesa’s hidden gem) every time I’m in Southern California and I knew this store had the Imperial Brand Grooming Products which my father and I are a fan of but my conference was cutting it close to the store’s closing time. I called and the sales associate Tim literally waited an extra 15 minutes for me. Not only that, he was helpful and cordial. This boutique just gets it right. I was there last weekend and again, they were attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I’m a fan and going that extra mile (thanks, Tim!) is what makes loyal customers. Keep it up, guys!

One of those hidden gems that has a little bit every thing available in terms of art, music, fashion, etc. They had vintage LV and Chanel purses, Reigning Champ, and other nice brands. The associate, Tory, was really helpful and seemed to know a lot about the different products.
