They have a bunch of guys working on the lot who will help you find a tree, trim it, and load it into or on top of your car. I suggest asking them to help you right when you get there, otherwise you will be looking at trees for forever. They have a lot of trees. After looking at a bunch of unwrapped trees that just weren’t tall enough for our liking, I finally asked one of the guys for help (they all have tape measures). He and another guy ended up searching through the wrapped trees. All he asked was how tall we wanted our tree and if we wanted a thinner or fuller tree. We said, «at least 7 feet and really full.» Just a few minutes later he pulled out a wrapped tree that ended up be prefect! When he unwrapped it and stomped the trunk for it to open up, we instantly loved it. Our tree was an 8ft Noble Fir, but we asked them to cut off 6 inches so that our star will still fit. I compared prices at Costco and Home Depot for a tree at least 7ft tall before choosing to go with this lot.
After buying the tree, the stand, and tipping both guys, we ended up paying a total of $ 62 (we tipped the 2 guys who helped us each $ 5).
If you are wanting a Noble shorter than 6ft, I would suggest going to Home Depot. They have different prices for different sizes and the ones under 6ft I believe were cheaper than $ 45. But for 6ft+ trees, this lot is where you should definitely go!

Best trees in town! They really go out of the way to make your tree special by offering a great selection and trimming all the loose stuff. Our family had a great time picking our tree out.

We walked around with wire cutters to release the trees from the twine and chose our perfect tree.
After you are done, the workers will make a fresh cut on the bottom, trim down some branches (if you like) and add a stand.
They will even help you mount it to your car.
Nice place but I wish someone told me which tree was which. I was expecting to pay $ 34 and ended up paying $ 43. Kind of a shocker but after all of that hard work, I wouldn’t put the tree back lol

It is the great tree lot at Fair and Arlington-​enter on Arlington.
Steve – the tall woodsman looking guy – has been running this lot for years. Above the excitement of people finding great trees – you hear «Great to see you again Steve!» «See you next year Steve!» The place is huge! Being on the corner of Fair and Arlington – there is plenty of space in the fairgrounds parking lot to park and get help to load your tree on the rooftop. (Don’t forget to tip these great workers!) Families are giggling, couples are hugging, workers are buzzing around carrying trees, loading trees, cutting trees, or flocking trees in the huge flocking area.
The huge attraction here is great trees and greens! No blow up Santa’s, no Candyland, no Reindeer, no Rides, just row after row after row of fabulous trees – which are constantly being delivered in giant trucks from up north because of the tremendous volume.

Without a doubt the best place to buy christmas trees. Their price is the best around. Great customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Been coming here over 10 years.

This place is the BEST place I’ve ever been to get a Christmas tree. The lot has a huge selection and the trees are dirt cheap! I’m partial to the more expensive Noble fir, which are going for $ 42 this year. Douglas firs are $ 32. ANY SIZE, PEOPLE. If only I had tall ceilings…
Just as we started our journey through the lot (and I do mean JOURNEY… my poor husband.), a sweet man named Ricardo offered to help us pick a tree. I warned him I was picky, but he accepted the challenge. I’m talking usually we go and I make my husband hold up 30 trees and go back and forth until I’m satisfied. So anyway, Ricardo asked what I wanted (6−7ft., full all the way through, no bare spots, not too skinny, nice green color, etc.) and he told us to follow him. He took us over to an area where the trees were still wrapped up in twine and asked how many tries he gets. I told him 5, because like I said, I’m picky.
Homeboy got it PERFECT on the FIRST TRY. I kid you not. It was downright GORGEOUS and perfect and exactly what I wanted! I was so impressed! My husband was mostly relieved. We were in and out of the lot in maybe 10 minutes? That’s a freaking record!
A few tips: They are cash/​check only. The workers work hard, TIP WELL. They give your tree a fresh cut, trim any branches you like, and then load on/​into your car. They are the best!

A little shy on the selection, but they were expecting another shipment on soon. Helpful staff and good prices, we spent $ 26 for a 7′ douglas. Tipped the cutter/tie’er, and still in and out for under $ 50!

We just went last night and got our tree. We got a Douglas Fir and it smells amazing! It’s great because they’re open until 9pm and it wasn’t even that busy. The service was great and people were very helpful. We even bought a beautiful wreath for $ 10. We will definitely be returning next year.

$ 23.99 — $ 39.99 per tree. Not a cent more (well, add a few for tax). We have bought our tree here 3 years in a row and have never been disappointed. This year’s tree is the best so far!
