Love, love, love this store! I’m so excited they opened a store here. I’ve been looking at their flat «kitty» shoes forever. Since opening, I have bought three pairs of «kitty» shoes. These shoes are unique and handmade in Italy. They are very comfortable and I can’t stop smiling when I wear them. If you go, ask for Christian, he is wonderful to deal with, although I’m sure they all are. Love my kitty shoes
Wanted to add to my review. Anyone you deal with at this store is going to provide you with amazing customer service. Be aware, the «kitty» shoe is addictive! I stopped by the store today to see the new kitty flat from the cruise line and, yes, you guessed it, walked out with them. My fifth pair! All the shoes are great there, I just happened to have fallen under the spell of the kitty flats!

I’m so happy that there is a Charlotte Olympia store closer to home! Given that it’s a high end shoe store, their staff were very nice and friendly.
There’s lots of different styles of the kitty flat as well as the classics versions. They even carry kitty flats for babies and toddlers!!!
I love Charlotte Olympia and look forward to making many more visits.

This review is for Wendy. She is bubbly, quirky, and polite. I once tried on a pair of shoes and probably was in the store with Wendy looking after me for more than 30 min. I ended up not purchasing at that time, but Wendy didn’t act annoyed or anything (you know some SAs do…) and was pleasant. Needless to say, I did come back to get some stuff.

Charlotte Olympia is a high-​end luxury retailer that is new at SCP. Checked it out for the first time today since it’s their Grand Opening. Inspired by a bygone era of old Hollywood glamour; they sell fashion accessories, handbags, and shoes. So far, the sales people and management were very attentive and were eager to work. Will have to re-​visit next time to see if there are any new changes.
