I want to compliment this local BJ store location. Silvia, who works at this location, has renewed my confidence in the BJ patio furniture guarantee.
I was told initially that the broken weld I found on my 13 year old table was not covered for repair or replacement… twice. The glass no longer fit tightly around the frame and that gap was growing. My table was still under warranty so I made sure to let the store know I would spread the word of how weak the BJ warranty actually was. This is when Silvia went to bat for me with local vendors to pick up the table, later returning it once more solid.
Silvia proved to have more business sense than the upper deck administrators that put too little value on what is said between customers in the marketplace. Big talk at the point of sale means nothing if you don’t back up the warranty later.

Looking for high quality outdoor furniture. The prices reflected high quality, but the build didn’t look it. Not a single style also interested me. Just a quick walk thru and I was gone.

My mother bought furniture at this store this summer. She went through many different contacts at the store, all who promised that our furniture would arrive on a certain day. And it never arrived, this went on for months. I think it was a problem with the manufacturer. She finally canceled her order. Total waste of time.

I can’t say enough good things about Andrea at Brown Jordan. I ordered a patio set there as I have always loved Brown Jordan products and their built to last quality. We had a few issues with our set (to my surprise) and Andrea bent over backwards to make things right and was always so kind and helpful. I think our experience was the exception to the norm with Brown Jordan but it is nice to know that there is still a company with outstanding customer service. You will be in good hands with Andrea at Brown Jordan. Thank you Andrea!

Our friend attended a pet portrait event at Brown Jordan and referred us to this showroom when we needed to replace patio furniture for our home in Orange County. The showroom is beautiful and has a lot of selection.
Andrea helped us and we would highly recommend you ask for her specifically (I’ll get to that later). At first the furniture seemed a bit expensive, but Andrea showed us some of the features that showcase the quality and the service Brown Jordan is known for. After doing research and talking to people, the things Andrea told us about were confirmed by several people that also own Brown Jordan furniture.
As a designer, Andrea really helped a lot with the design services. She spent a lot of time helping us pick the furniture, laying it out, picking the colors and patterns. She has great ideas, and helped us narrow down what we were looking for.
We had a great, no pressure, informative selling experience and are very pleased with our purchase. We do wish the lead times were a little shorter, but are glad we got to have the furniture custom built to our specifications.

i’ll keep it short and sweet… what a wonderful shopping experience. we bought a wonderful patio set. table and 6 chairs. very modern and classy. our shopping experience was outstanding. our sales associate, andrea, was super helpful and informative, as were the managers. the shipping occurred flawlessly. we received our items on time and were set up for us perfectly. i highly recommend brown jordan in costa mesa

Great outdoor furniture built to last. Before Unilocal existed and many decades ago, Brown Jordan furniture were built for such clientele as Kings, Sultans, and Presidents. Now they are made available to all consumers with money period. As far as I can remember, it used to be much more expensive back then than now, and they don’t normally open to the public just to the trades like myself by appointment only. So today, its open to all consumers without appointment, just like any other retails now. I am glad they open at this location so that I don’t have to drive far to LA, although, I enjoy my driving to LA. Their selection from traditional to modern outdoor furniture are made to order with Sunbrella fabrics to choose from. Lead time between 4 – 6 weeks.
I came here for my two different clients with two different projects going on at the same time. Be sure to check out Richard Frinier Elements Collection and the very sleek modern cast aluminum collection of Still. These are my two favorites. Besides their furniture, they also have accessories for your outdoor as well.
They have great service and a beautiful spacious showroom. Do ask for Vance P, their Assistant Showroom Manager, a super nice guy.
