Had so much fun with the photo booth and the live band! It was a nice warm afternoon with friends at our usual spot. Had some coffee and ice cream at Vitaly, and walked around the shops and restaurants of the camp and the anti mall

My family was excited to check out Sobeca for the first time. We first went to Umami burger. We were told that the free fries were only with purchase. So we felt obligated to sit and order a $ 11 burger. Then we went to lollipop for the advertised mini Manis which we thought were free but were actually eight dollars. Fair enough but just don’t make it sound like they are free on your ad. Next up was Project juice who at 5 o’clock said they were thinking about getting their tastings started but hadn’t. Then we went to Studio for the coloring contest etc. but were met with blank stares. The Retreat salon braided my daughters hair, that was nice. My kids were excited about the in-store carnival over at Brands walk so we went there but they were closed. My husband tried the meatball slider at Seabirds but was not impressed. There were no specials at the Gypsy den, not sure why they were listed. Thankfully the music was excellent. It gave us something to do while I waited 40 minutes for a California roll to go at the sushi place. They said 10 minutes. This festival had a lot of potential to drive in new business. Better luck next year? Take note from OCMIX. They’ve had excellent events like this.

So fun! Loved the band, RoyalJag that was playing, as well as the AcroYoga Demos, and art and food collaboration.
