Bacon and ham, pico, cheese, grilled onion breakfast burrito. So good! Especially after a night after drinking.

I ordered a bean, rice and cheese burrito and 3 taquitos through the drive thru. The girl forgot to give me my change back(like 23¢) then I ask if she put any red salsa in the bag. She looks at me like«duh», so I drive off. Get home, no salsa! The food was what I expected but the service through the drive thru is awful.

This place had terrible service. It’s like trying to talk to a wall, she got my order wrong twice and it tasted terrible absolutely flavorless the cheese sucked beyond imagination. I will never return to this place and would not recommend you eat here unless you want bad service with bad food. Fail

Alejandra was super awesome today. Went over and beyond with getting our order correct and even brought out grilled jalapeños. Really awesome to have this in my neighborhood. LOVE the customer service and asada fries.

Breakfast burritos are HUGE and only 4 bucks before 10:30… Huevos rancheros were bomb! Great place for breakfast!

I ate there when I opened because it was so close to me and it was ok and expensive but after having nothing to eat I went back and the quality went down after a month and all the sodas and drinks are watered down I prefer when Taco Bell was there

I was looking forward for some authentic Mexican food. I ordered the Carnitas plate &3 rolled tacos. The 3 rolled tacos was good but the carnitas was bland, no flavor. Usually the carnitas is marinated at other places. The guacamole and hot sauce gave it some flavor but overall it was unfortunately not great. I was very disappointed. It is sad that the pork was just cooked but no flavor. This place is definitely NOT Alberto’s. I will not recommend Arsenio’s

I’m not going to tell you this place is the best ever but if you’re hungry late at night its not bad at all way better than Del Taco I’m only giving you 5 stars because everyone else is giving you s*** reviews

Terribly disappointing. $ 6 for Super Nachos w. Guacamole and Cheese. Guacamole sucks and they sprinkled a sad amount of cheese. I would’ve been happier with a bag of Doritos.

I am not too picky when it comes to my Mexican restaurants, as I don’t think it’s too hard to go wrong with beans, cheese, tortillas, seasonings, and some meat. I’m a fan of tacos, burritos, enchiladas, nachos, chile verde, chile colorado, al pastor, carnitas… you name it, and I’m there. Unfortunately, Arsenios is one of the few places that somehow has found a way to go wrong. I came in at about 9:00 on a Friday night, and ordered an order of super nachos with al pastor to go. After waiting for about 15 minutes, my order was ready, and I headed home. When I got there, and opened it up, things LOOKED good. So I dug in, and that’s when the disappointment set in. The al pastor was bland(hard to do), the beans were bland, the chips tasted burnt; the only thing that was able to save this place from a 1-star review for me(which I almost never give out) is the fact that their guacamole was actually really really good, and the salsas that you get from the little salsa bar that they have inside were solid as well. I don’t know if I just got them on a bad night, but the actual food was not very good at all. I’d say I plan on giving them another try, but unfortunately there are too many other REALLY good Mexican spots in the area(Roman’s, El Toro Bravo, Cabo Grill) that I don’t think that even that is true. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends.

DONOTGOHERE… I don’t expect much going to these kinds of places, but when you sit in the drive thru for twenty minutes for a chicken burrito the food better be good. As expected this food is NOT worth the wait. Twenty minutes in the drive thru I could have cooked my own damn burrito… And a TIP jar at the drive up window!!! Are you effin kidding me?! Here’s a tip at least try a little. Update…Twenty minute wait get home and my order is wrong. This place is a joke. Do not go here. Update 2… Drove back out there to get my money back. Only got refunded for the burrito… No apology for the mistake or offer to refund my entire order for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back out to this shit of a place.

tl dr; Fuck this place. If you want to be disappointed come and eat here. I am only writing this review because everything about this place is bad. After a long day of Christmas shopping my boyfriend, my sister, and I were starving so we decided to go to this place. We ordered a chicken burrito, a carne asada burrito, and asada super fries. Like I said we were very hungry so as soon as we received our order we drove off to my apartment. Once we settled down at my place and opened our food we found out how much this place sucks. First the burritos: Last time I checked a burrito comes with rice, beans, cheese, and some kind of meat. Instead what we received was two flour tortillas filled with chicken and steak. That’s it, there was no beans no rice. I’ve never been to any place that believes that a burrito is a flour tortilla with meat inside. If I wanted a taco I would’ve ordered a taco. The super fries: Before ordering these fries my boyfriend asked the lady what’s included with the fries. She told him guacamole, beans, and cheese. Just to verify this was correct my boyfriend asked if there was any sour cream included as well. She said no, only guacamole, beans, and cheese. So my boyfriend asked for no guacamole and everything else was okay. When we opened the container there was not only fries with cheese, beans, and steak, but a scoop of sour cream all over the fries. The only reason we didn’t go back to that place to ask for a refund was because we were so hungry. So instead we sucked it up and ate the crappy food. Seriously DONOTEATHERE, this place is a huge disappointment.

Very good and fresh food! The flour tortillas are hot and fresh. I normally do not like refried beans, but their beans are good. My favorite is the #14 Carnitas plate. Friendly employees!

I love the food here to the point that it’s addictive, but the reason I don’t give 5 stars is due to the service. Almost every time I come to this location my husband or my order is made incorrectly. I usually don’t get meat with my meal but for some reason it’s extremely difficult for them to not include meat in dishes like their half order of super fries. However, this location is extremely close to my home & it’s siren call of delicious food beckons me so, I continue to return. I only wish they could get my order correct more often.

I pass this place every morning and decided to give it a shot. The menu, logo, line up and taste is much like«Albertos» «Aliertos» and all the other variations of the places that all imitate each other. The burrito was good and the specials they have right now made it very cheap too. That was a bonus. The lady at the counter was very nice, helpful and polite. She was not too tech savey. I had to wait for the two cars ahead of me to pull away so I could pull up to the window because she left the speaker on and could not hear me. I could hear everything while waiting. My change really messed her up. I gave her a penny with the cash and confused her. I got back too much change. Of coarse I gave her back what was hers but think if they don’t fix that quick they may give out too much money. I would not go out of my way to go here but for a breakfast burrito they are ok. With Super A right across the street they have a very high bar set by the competition.

EVERYTIME I EATHERE I GETTHEWORSTSTOMACHACHE! DONOTEATHERE. you will regret it! I’ve given Arsenio’s plenty of chances and every time I remind myself why I should just drive the extra distance to the Alerto’s on Brookhurst. first off, the service is horrible. the girl who works there has the WORST attitude. she obviously hates her job and should probably go work somewhere else. secondly, the carnitas isn’t shredded as other reviews have mentioned, and its EXTREMELY fatty and oily. the only good thing about this place is their super fries are decent. the fries are skinny fries and tend to be crispier than other places… except that they smother it in beans and don’t add pico(I usually ask the rude girl) lastly, the salsa that they offer is tasteless and bland. I never use it and always add Tapatio when I get home.

I was hopeful coming in as it looked busy. I ordered beef tacos, chicken tacos, and a tostada. I was forced to select chicken tacos after I had ordered because they ran out of beef. The chicken was raw and for the parts that were cooked had no flavor. Rice was dry and lacked flavor. Beef was burned. Only one of my beef tacos were edible. Dog ate most of the food and probably will have the runs all over my house later :)
