I used to live in Huntington Beach and work in the South Coast Plaza area, so this shop used to be a regular stop for me to get some donuts for work.(«Work» really means that I wanted some donuts, but it would have been both rude and ostentatious for me to bring donuts for myself to work, and not bring any for anyone else). I love their donuts, especially the Apple Filled Bear Claw and the(no longer around) Fried Apple Burrito. Also, the raspberry and blueberry volcanos were amazing. What am I saying? Pretty much anything you get here is amazing! Best donuts in the county(The Donuttery in HB is the second best). Alas, I moved to South County and I work in Newport Beach. That change, along with a more restrictive diet brought on by aging, have limited my stops here. Also, the woman that used to be in charge is no longer there. But the woman who was the second in command is still there, and I think she now owns the place. In any event, get whatever you want here. You can’t go wrong. Best donuts in town!

For years my husband brought home the most delicious donuts. Yummy little pink boxes simply appeared filled with delicious assortments; though I never knew from where. We are talking years. One day I got my nails done next door to Old Time, and ran in to take him home a treat. I was driving his car, and the shop owner recognized it! Holy cow. Apparently this was THE source of all those delicious filled little pink boxes we’d been enjoying forever. The shop certainly doesn’t look special, but looks can be deceiving, and they are, because those folks KNOWTHEIRDOUGHNUTS. We’ve probably sampled nearly everything in her cases over the years, and all I can offer is: Fresh fresh fresh and always superb. Sure it’s gluten and fat, calories and carbs; and if we’re gonna go down that particular road of indulgence, then it should be worth it: Their doughnuts make it worth it.

Good donuts, quick service, and looks like there are quite a few regulars who are there in the morning. Got a dozen for the office, everyone is enjoying ‘em! Will be back here again since it is close to the office.

The best donut shop ever … Love their donut holes and their apple fritters. We always order their donut holes in advance for our party. Our guests love it too … We always order 10 dozens of donut holes.

Need donuts for work, an event, whatever? Lovely assortment of So Cal mom and pop donuts. Super affordable and of course, CASHONLY. Fortunately located right next to a 7-Eleven and their fee-free credit union machines. Stopped by this morning and got two dozen donuts and they even threw in the holes. The old guys previously mentioned were also present. Feels super local and friendly.

The seating is basic 80s crappy tables. Odds are you ain’t going to want to hang out here and eat your donuts because the atmosphere is poor. They could also be a little cleaner. That being said, their donuts are awesome! Love the donut holes; they are like little clouds in my mouth. Sometimes I do wonder how fresh some of the donuts are… a little stale every once in awhile. Prices are also very reasonable.

My favorite donut place. I have a shop close to my house but I go here because 1) they are awesomely delish 2) they have glazed donuts with shredded coconut 3) it’s on the way to work and it’s the perfect excuse to sign up for donuts for the church or office potluck breakfast and eat more than one donut from the box. I always get annoyed if someone beats me to signing up for donuts for the potluck since it’s no guarantee they will get donuts from a donut shop and rather get the nasty cheapy ones from the supermarket. It’s now known in the office that I get the REAL donuts from the donut shop that ALWAYS are tasty. And even if it’s not a potluck day, sometimes i pick up a dozen to share with the office just because I was really feeling the mood for a donut. It’s an affordable thing to share and look like the nice gal in the office.

We did a donut taste test between Mag’s on Harbor Blvd and Any Old Time Donuts. When comparing a glazed donut with a glazed donut… Any Old Time were better, Mags tasted oiler and the oil a bit old. The prices at Mags were 20 cents more per glazed donut. We will do another taste test soon. What fun research!

Donuts are to die for. Just a mom and pop place but still customer service is excellent. Prices are good but after all it’s just donuts. I try to stop by at least once a month… Trying to watch my weight but it’s my guilty pleasure

Oh haaaaayell no. My friend wanted something sweet after lunch today so we came here since it was close. We saw a bee in the donut case. Then another. And another. The lady working there was on the phone and we pointed the bees out and she didn’t seem too concerned. If it were my donut shop I would have been a least a little embarassed that there were bees buzzin’ around my donuts.

Have you ever had a bad donut? I have.(Yes, it’s possible). Does this place make bad donuts? No. Had the chocolate-covered, old-fashioned donut. It was fresh and tasty. It was solid. It’s what you would expect a donut to taste like. It’s no California Donuts, but it does the job. It does the job well enough for me to bring a dozen to work and share.

fresh, delicious donuts, especially on weekends. This place has lots of dedicated customers who sit in and read the paper with their coffee and treats. they have great specials: $ 5.75 for a basic dozen, $ 6.50 for dozen glazed. add-ons for things like twists and cinnamon rolls. The donuts are super fresh in the mornings, way better than 7 – 11 next door or Stater Bros down the street. Reaalllly tasty glazed donuts, old-fashioneds are good. LOOOOOOVE the glazed crumb donut. OHMAN, want donuts now, must eat cholestorolly deliciousness…
