The plumber that arrived was personable and professional, but, he did not have the part needed to fix our leak. He left our house to go to a hardware store. he was gone for an hour. Leaks were fixed. We asked for the bill so we could pay and he indicated it would be mailed to us. OMG… NOW I KNOW WHY… VERY EXPENSIVE PLUMBING SERVICE. He was only actually in our house for 45 mins. I think if we had seen the bill we could have debated the cost with him, it was really too high. I think we got charged for his time when he had to run to the hardware store too, which is not our fault… hhhhhmmmm.
