I really wanted to like this place. On the plus side the view of the creek from the second floor balcony was quite nice. However this was more than offset by my actual experience.
I was to stay for two days. My first room had a filthy AC, what appeared to be vomit residue on the covers and black mold on the box springs. The manager moved me to an «unrenovated» room (which was just like the other except it still had carpeting). This was slightly better if you ignored the large amount of hair accumulated behind the bed, what appeared to be some sticky residue from a spilled drink on the box spring cover (still better than mold) and trash behind the bed. The final straw was waking up to see a cockroach, so I checked out that morning.
Oh, and they still charged me for the second night even though I left due to the condition of the room. So I highly recommend moving on down the road.

Really liked this motel. Affordable and each room has a little balcony that overlooks Cosby creek!
