Got a groupon here since I didn’t have a favorite place in the area (all charge a ton). Imagine my surprise when no one I spoke to there was competent enough to understand the groupon and the bill was ASTRONOMICAL.
They gave me NO quote at the outset and then handed me a bill at pick up (mind you, not all of my things were even ready) for an insane price. If I remember correctly it was $ 18 per dress. They refused to be flexible on this and were generally a huge pain to deal with.

watch out! They have lost so many of my husband’s shirts. also a few came back with dry-​cleaning stains. there are always apologetic after it happens but that doesn’t fix a lost or ruined shirt, they are very convenient which is why it gone for so long but last month I made the decision to start going to Katies cleaners which is a lot more reliable. granted you have to park but it’s worth it for not having to deal with ruined and lost shirts!

I have tried a few different cleaners and this one is definitely the best! You drop off and pick up the next day at 5:30pm. The staff will come out to your car (quicker than you can even open your door to go inside) to take your drop off, and to bring it out once it is done. The staff is very friendly and always remember your name! I have also had some alterations here and although they said it would take 3 – 4 days, it only took one… great! You won’t be disappointed with the service here.
