Fredrick’s is a small, privately owned diner in the historic district of Corydon, Indiana. Casual décor with mostly booth seating. Love the Ham n Eggs breakfast with home style potatoes. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Generous portion, great flavor and reasonably priced! Friendly servers.

Stopped in for breakfast before touring the town square and old Capitol building. It was about 8:30 on a Saturday and the place was full. Service was a bit slow and it took aver 30 mins to get our food. But when the food finally arrived… wow. That had to be one of the best breakfasts that I have ever had. The western omelette was packed with ham and veggies. The toast was a thick, homemade bread with a nice smear of butter. The biscuits and gravy were tasty with plenty of pepper, and the pancake was the size of a very large plate. If you aren’t in a rush, check it out. It’s definitely a blast from the past, with kitschy touches.
