Love this place! I came to visit oregon for the first time and had the pleasure of having breakfast here. Wait time was not bad at all, took about ten minutes to get seated in a busy diner(even waiting 30 mins would have been worth it for the good food and for how busy they were). The waiters were incredible. They all were talking to us as if we were family and were really helpful and kept asking if we needed anything and kept our drinks refilled at all times. Food was great too and good sized portions for a really good price. Ill definitely eat here again next time i come to corvallis!

Great place in an unassuming location. Very clean. I waited a reasonable amount of time for my service and food and my breakfast came to me hot and fresh. Every employee I came into contact with was pleasant and professional.

I seem to see a lot of folk bitching about the wait time. Well, it’s worth it. Don’t like it? Take your ass to McDonald’s and you can get a big hot plate of shit in about five minutes. Want good eats in huge portions and you don’t mind waiting because you don’t have your head in your ass and understand the concepts of supply and demand? Then come on in. That said it’s a greasy spoon. It ain’t fancy, it ain’t healthy, and it ain’t dressed up and trendy. It’s just good. Oh no wait, it sucks. Don’t go. I’m tired of waiting for my fix.

Should I tell you Sharon’s sucks so it cuts down on the wait time for me? Wait time is long, every time I’ve been there, but it’s worth the wait. Service has been consistently good. Food has been consistently great. Great prices as well. Cinnamon rolls are better than your average cinnamon roll. My one complaint, if you want to call it that, is their biscuit. It tastes fine with gravy, but on it’s own it is more like coffee cake than a biscuit. Not great, unless it’s under a blanket of gravy. One thing I appreciate about Sharon’s is they gave me an estimated time before I received food, not a table. «Our kitchen is backed up, but you should have food within 45 minutes and a table much earlier than that.»

I’m giving three stars because Sharon’s Café made food and we bought it. So they fulfilled our need and our servers were polite. But that’s where the enjoyment of our experience ended. It took 45 minutes for my French toast and bacon to come out. And when it did, the bacon looked like it had been cooked the night before and reheated that day. My friend ordered one of the skillets, which for the record did not come out in a skillet and looked like a gross hodgepodge of the day’s leftovers. On top of that, both me and my friend experienced a lot of GI discomfort about 30 minutes after we ate. Definitely not«the best breakfast in town» and definitely will not be going back.

For a tiny little café, these folks have the most AMAZING cinnamon roles. Perfectly crafted sweet roll dough that tastes exactly the way you would expect it to. These wonderful cinnamon rolls are extra large so it may take a few sittings to consume just one. You definitely get your money’s worth with this one.

Sharon’s really does have the best breakfast around! They seem to be having a staffing issue lately(not enough wait staff) so wait times are long. But if you aren’t in a hurry, this is an awesome place! When they’re fully staffed, it’s the best.

Service today was horrid, was told it would be a 20 minute wait when ordered food and got it in 45. Saw the waitress twice to order food and to get the food. Did not receive what we ordered and when we asked we were told that’s not what we ordered because it wasn’t written down. Overall, sad because usually they are so good.

Best breakfast in town, service is good. Good food for the soul. Been there several times and with the family and had a great time. The best cinnamon roll I have ever tasted.

Weak coffee, English muffin not toasted… just warmed, hash browns and eggs ok. Service on a Saturday morning was very slow! This is a no return for me.

This was my first time dining at Sharon’s Café. My friend and I went on a Saturday at 11:45 a.m. It’s a clean and simple diner, with country décor and an orange wall dedicated to OSU. Even though there was no one ahead of us waiting to be seated, the place was busy and we were told the food wait would be 30 minutes. We were quickly seated and promptly offered water and coffee. Our waitress was attentive and quickly took our order. We ordered a veggie omelette and a dinner salad & cup of chili. While we were waiting for our food, we were offered coffee and water refills on a regular basis. As it turns out, the food took 45 minutes to reach our table. The veggie omelette was small and was good, but not great. The dinner salad consisted of iceberg lettuce on a HOTPLATE with a plastic cup of salad dressing on the side. The chili was lukewarm, bland, and tasted like they forgot to put the spices in it. Although the wait staff is friendly, attentive and hard-working, the quality of the food offered needs some definite improvement. Prices were average for this type of restaurant. I most likely won’t return.

Best breakfast in town for basic, delicious and wholesome American food. Sharon comes in at 3AM to begin grating the potatoes that will become the most delicate, flavorful hashbrowns you will find outside of Portland or Berkeley. You won’t find haute cuisine, but you will find the place that locals in the know love. Down home, friendly and an obvious love for folksy Americana artwork will keep you grinning, and you won’t feel bad about paying the check, either.

Probably one of the best kept secrets in Corvallis. AND they just added booze to the menu! I got a classic two egg breakfast with gravy to put on my hashbrowns. They menu is big and if you have a hard time choosing something you can always get a skillet. The service is great with bottomless refills on coffee. This place feels like home and is a wonderful breakfast joint.

Sharon’s is a cute country diner. The décor definitely lends itself to a homey feel. The food was absolutely amazing; it was obvious they made the hash brows fresh from a potato that morning. I was in heaven. My problem was with the service. It took so long just to get a cup of coffee… I was hangry by the time the food finally arrived.

I’ve tried to dine at Sharon’s restaurant a few times this past year but cannot get a table or I am told that there will be an hour wait on food. I’ve tried dining here both on Saturday and Sunday mornings, sometimes before 9am and sometimes after 12pm. They need to hire more staff.

Had Sunday brunch with a group of friends about a month ago and had a tasty chicken fried steak with a fantastic peanut butter milkshake. Wife loved her cinnamon French toast. A little more expensive than I’d expect but helpings were so HUGE we could’ve easily split one plate. Looking forward to going again! Try the milkshakes and split it with a special someone. You’ll be glad you did.

Sharon’s café has great breakfast and a friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable for the large amount of food you get. Never have had a bad experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great family ran breakfast café!

Sharon’s Café is awesome whole in the wall. I ordered their chef choice omelet and it was filling! It had bell peppers, mushroom, sausage link, onions, cheese and potatoes! My boyfriend got the chicken fried steak and eggs. It was so good! The gravy is amazing. Our waitress was superb! She ran the whole café by herself. This an awesome place for what it is. I gave it four stars due to the wait time for my meal. But it well priced for how much you get. Definitely coming back! Beware of their limited hours. They close at 1:30 pm!

Chicken fried steak and eggs were excellent. Especially that it appeared that the streak was grill fried and not dropped into a deep fryer. The biscuits were very large and fluffy *while the gravy that went on top was very tasty. The blonde had a chili omelette which she thought was okay but the chili needed more taste And she asked for green peppers, onions and cheese which was scarce… Would definitely go back to try some other items but not the chili omelette. Maybe the biscuits and gravy.
