Best doctor I’ve ever seen! If it weren’t for the office I would give 5 stars. The front office on the other hand is dishonest and you can rarely get through in less than 20 min. They lie and say they return calls but I’ve never had one returned. I waited in line for over 15 minutes once making me late for an appointment and got cancelled. This was a strike against me and there is a strict no cancelation less than 24 hours policy. Needless to say, she let me go due to front office holding their fails against me. I’m furious. These people need to be held accountable. They spend too much time gossiping on the phone. I even have to wait for them to finish talking personally with people to sign me out after my appointments. I guess I should have complained before I got fired but I was not aware their mistake was held against me.

Dr. Ryan is a professional no nonsense doctor who’s looking for the best outcome for their patient without all the fluff associated with most doctors. In addition, if there is something that she does not know, she is not afraid to tell you that right up front.
Parking can sometimes be a challenge as there are many other businesses in this same office complex, however I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great Rheumatologist.
