DONOTFILLPRESCRIPTIONSHERE! Went in to fill a prescription for the first time at this location. I mentioned right away that I hadn’t been to a rite in a long time and would need to update my information. After a long wait to get my prescriptions submitted, I asked: How will you let me know it’s done. The pharmacist replied with well don’t we have your information in your profile. I said it is most likely outdated, he rolled his eyes at me and in anger said well why didn’t you tell me that to start… I did, I was in utter shock at he spoke to me. He was aggressive and rude, I will never return. How this pharmacy can get away with so many complaints is beyond me.

A year ago their service was acceptable. It was not bad, but starting last summer the service changed significantly. Suddenly, wait times for refills were much longer. We asked them about this and they told us that they needed to service«the new people.» I still don’t know what that means. What about their old, regular customers? Is there something compelling about treating the new patients better? Once they got your business, then they forget about you? That is not professional. Then there was this: They were not stocking the same medication that our family is prescribed each month. They would text me that prescriptions were ready when they were not, they were adhering to very tight refill schedules, such that we couldn’t go away on some weekends because we didn’t have enough medication for a child. Doctors began to complain to me about their service, which told me a lot. I tried talking to the pharmacists. Some acted understanding, but did nothing. The others made no bones that they didn’t care at all. My husband moved his prescriptions after he had to return five times to pick up one medicine that had been improperly filled. When he finally brought it home, he said, «no more.» I stuck around for another month because they had a convenient drive through, and a clean, newish store with up-to-date technology. They were in the same mall where I do most of my grocery shopping. However, the convenience did not make up for the frustrating fact that their personnel were constantly changing, they didn’t keep our meds in stock, and they generally had a bad attitude. They also didn’t communicate well. The last time I was there, they texted me that my son’s medication was ready, but when I showed up an hour later, no. They were out of stock until next week. He couldn’t wait until next week. I tried to talk to them, and they told me I was free to get my prescription filled at another pharmacy. «We don’t need your family,» the last pharmacist said. By then, I had had enough of their arrogance. Honestly, I lost my cool. It was like months and months of simmering dissatisfaction exploded in that final non-transaction. As I rolled away in my car, my I unfilled prescriptions in hand, my final words to the grimacing pharmacist were, «F*** you, Charlie!» We had all of our prescriptions transferred to Bi Mart that afternoon. I will never return to Rite Aid. Their arrogance is unmatched in this small town community.

Like everyone else, this place is horrible. They never get my renewals correct. They text you that refills are ready when they are not. Rite Aid used to have great service, now they simply suck.

NOTWORTHYOURTIME! Go to Fredmeyer first! They never have enough medication to fill a prescription fully, they never answer their phones and instead of communicating that they are busy, don’t bother trying to call them, and that they don’t have the meds to fill the scrip they continue to hold the scrip hostage and force you to wait for it. I waited 4 days of fighting them to go some where else because they couldn’t do it. Most scrips would be okay to wait but having been in an accident I couldn’t, and a man just out of surgery had been waiting a day to get his as well. That’s not something you ever want to wait on. No matter what time of day they are unable to work with the customer and often mess up billing too. They wanted to charge me full price despite my personal coverage, then took another day to try to bill correctly for an auto accident. HORRIBLESERVICE!

I don’t know what has changed but until a few months ago this had been allright as a pharmacy. Recently it’s been downright atrocious. I have not walked up to a line less than 5 deep the last 7 times I’ve been here for a prescription. Consistently do not start preparation until you arrive or call ahead. Apart from the rare exception, staff comes across as apathetic to concerns. I will not be bringing prescriptions here in the future.

Can I choose zero stars??? This place is horrible!!! Several times we’ve had our doctor call in prescriptions to this place and after waiting many hours and sometimes days they still won’t have our Rx ready!!! It’s such a joke. The drive through takes hours. It’s not even worth it unless your looking to kill time.

Absolutely the worst Rite Aid I’ve ever been to. And to be fair I gave it a few chances. If you’re ever in the mood to test just how far your patience level can truly go, try filling a prescription here.

After I posted this, my husband called me to let me know they were actually completely out of the medication and don’t actually stock it on a regular basis. No apologies. We’ve switched to BiMart. The only positive thing is after writing a complaint to Rite Aid headquarters today, I got a call from the pharmacy manager apologizing. The manager did try to downplay the issue a bit but responded apologetically when I explained the extent of the issue– this isn’t just a miscommunication, something must be wrong in their stocking system, etc. We’re still switching to Bi Mart but I do appreciate her call.

Pretty much useless to anyone except for old people that want to buy economy sized giant tubes of ‘roid cream and boxes of wine in the same trip. I visited twice to purchase an item that was on sale in the garden section. Both times they didn’t have it and just shrugged their shoulders as to why. And when I asked where to look I was just told«oh if we have them they should be over there» not«I’ll ask a manager or someone whose head isn’t jammed firmly in their own ass». Blech, In addition this location is home to the most poorly laid out parking lot in the history of blacktop. It’s like a miniature version of Chicago.
