I will not be returning here nor recommending this business. Being the first negative experience, or rather the first to write about it; this is what happened. I went in today to find a new matress, the reviews online were all positive and praising the excellent service and satisfaction of products received; so I had high expectations. When we went in we were greeted by a young man, nick, who went into describing how this business was different than your typical experience. My husband had told him we wanted to look around first to see if there was anything that we liked. We found a matress and filled out paperwork to do a 3 month payment option, after being approved I asked various questions about the matress as well as delivery as they popped into my head, he answered all of them and let us know that the matress could be delivered tomorrow on saturday. He did have trouble getting though to the warehouse, so after the paperwork was finished he tried again and was successful, he asked us if 12−2pm would be an alright time and we told him yes. Now we thought that our experience was pretty good, and it would have had a good review written, however this was not the case. A little over an hour and a half after we left, which I discovered when I got home for the evening, the store had tried to call my house phone, I checked my cell phone for messages and Nick had called to inform us there was only one matress left that was the type we had selected and from what I understood of the message that someone else had paid for it with cash so that it would be going to them instead of us and we would not get a matress until next saturday, so hopefully that would be okay; no, it was not okay, if a sales associate tells me something I expect that to happen. Needless to say I was baffled on how this was not brought to our attention at the store while making the purchase. Any good honest sales associate would not sell something they do not have, further had we been told at the time that it was unavailable we would have looked at a different mattress to purchase. This was, not, the case however either. Instead we feel as though we were lied to, led on in a deceitful manner in order to make a sale. Apparently that is what we were, not a valued customer, but a quick sale. My husband who spoke with nick to find out what was going on, he felt as though excuses were being made up in attempt to blow the situation over. Nick told him that the computer had an error, and that someone else tried to purchase the mattress at the same exact moment. Basically letting us know that the other imdividuals business was more important, or rather a priority over ours because they had paid the full amount in cash on the spot. This sounds exceedingly suspicious, especially when combined with the fact that it took over an hour for him to discover this information, conveniently, after, we left. THEN when we told him we were no longer interested in the mattress and would be taking our business elsewhere, he told us he could not cancel the order, after again expressing that we were not, interested any longer he informed us that we would need to call a different company and cancel it ourselves since it was«our deal with them», this seems rather lazy of a sales associate and much more like, another, excuse. Update: I spoke to the other company whom informed me of their dissapointment in dealing with companies which conduct business in this manner. The individual I spoke to said I would not be charged any money and that he would be submitting a complaint. Amazingly he said THE store should have called them to cancel the order since he needed information pertaining to it from them and would be trying to get in contact with them today to finish canceling the order and confirming that the product was given to someone else. So in essence more deceit and lies from the matress mania employee, I will be calling back and updating progress until this is finished so that those looking for mattresses are aware of how this place of businesses employees handles business with their customers. So I will be calling them, tomorrow when they open to discuss the entire situation, dishonesty, and failure to deliver product as and when promised. It is ironic that there is a statement on the wall that this business prides themselves on honesty. I do not consider this honesty and will not do business with dishonest individuals Honesty from the start would have been preferable in this situation since instead of a lost sale and a bad review it would have been a different selection of mattress as well as a good review, needless to say, that did not happen.

Matthew Brown the store manager helped us and he was full of fun energy and information. We had no idea what kind of bed we wanted or what options where even available. Matthew help us through a easy step process of trying different kinds of beds and found the best one to fit in our budget. Good store.

I am really happy that we ended up at this store. Spending over a thousand dollars is not something I do regularly, so I wanted to make sure I was thoughtful about the decision. Matthew was very helpful and attentive, making sure to clearly talk through and explain all of our options. Admittedly, the«scientific» survey and measurement technology were corny, and I’m wary at best at how accurate it could be, but it did help us get started somewhere instead of being overwhelmed by options. It was also nice to know that all of the mattresses were from the Pacific Northwest instead of big national companies, though that admittedly wasn’t my top priority. The mattress we chose ended up being only $ 64 more than the best option in another store, and I feel much more confident in its quality. This store is certainly wonderful on their own, but it’s even more impressive when compared to our experiences at the nearby Sleep Country and the Sleep Center. We got very little information or guidance at either plus just bad customer service at the Sleep Center,

Great service. Went in with the idea that I would just point to what looks good and walk out. Instead I was given a survey to determine the best bed for my needs(comfort, price etc). Wasn’t really looking to do a survey nor spend time doing it. Glad I did. Otherwise I would’ve just pointed out what I wanted and left, not knowing that there might’ve been a better quality mattress for my budget and maybe even returned it, this prolonging the buying process. Salesman was awesome, and the delivery was prompt, faster than any other furniture store I’ve checked out. The delivery and set-up, even removal of old mattresses(of which I didn’t have) was free.
