Great customer service! Every employee was friendly, attentive and helpful. Stephen helped my boyfriend and I find the best plan for us. He answered all of our questions, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the devices and even being short staffed he always excused himself and apologized even though it was no problem at all. We never felt rushed or pushed into something we truly didn’t need.

Had to revisit due to some iPhone set up problems. I did have a very good experience. Our wireless consultant Zan is a bright young man and really fun and interesting to deal with. Stephen was extremely helpful and spent all the time I needed for my return visit.

Very rude and unprofessional. Went to purchase a phone without a contract and they told me it’s against policy to sell phone without contract. When I said where is this policy, the manager stated that it’s a secret policy. I do not recommend this business! Shame!!!

These guys are so helpful. If you’ve got to use Verizon, this is the place to go. I got a hard sell from one of the other stores in town, but here they gave me the information I needed and my options. Not just the option that resulted in the highest cost.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very service focused. Unfortunately, those folks are gone and have been replaced with people who know the products and plans but are not interested in establishing a relationship for future business. I bought my phone here, my car charger, my protective phone case, a wireless speaker and now I’ll have to look for another place where people care. Today, there are a lot of places to buy product. This will not be one of them in the future.

I got stung bad by their «policy» a couple years ago — I bught a cell phone I didn’t like, returning it was a nightmare, in spite of a policy that gave you 15 days or something like that. They refused to refund the insurance and I had to jump thru a bunch of hoops to get that $ 100+ back. I ended up with a credit of $ 50 which I tried to use about a year later for an accessory — and they told me it had expired.
Soured on this, I wouldn’t buy a cell phone there again.
And one more thing — it irritates me to no end to have the salesperson stopping several times during «helping» you to answer text messages from his girlfriend or whoever, and I finally told him if he did it again I was going to walk out «Leave your cell phone alone until you are done with me or I’m leaving!»

The young, professional, knowledgeable staff have consistently worked hard to make sure I’m happy with my phone and service. It can get pretty busy in the store so a short wait isn’t unusual. I tend to go during off-​hours and have not yet had to wait.

For customer service this store can’t be beat Andy spent 40 minutes helping me to customize my Droid Incredible. He was patient, very knowledgeable and pleasant.
I will never go anywhere else for cellular service.
