Called a month ago and set an appointment for them to do a pre-​move in cleaning. Called weeks and days leading up to the appointment to confirm and just got dumped into some random «integral voicemail system». Of course — they did not show up to the appointment and had to scramble to get the work done ourselves. Came recommended from VS Restoration. Hope they get their act together.
