I went to Ruby for a full leg wax for the first time this week. She is helpful and kind and very approachable. She lets you know what she’s doing and how she’ll be doing it before she gets started. Her space is clean and quiet, and she is happy to strike up a conversation to lighten the mood that is having your legs waxed. She also had a fabulous Unilocal deal which made the waxing very affordable (I saved $ 15!!). I will be going back. Maybe even for a massage next time :)

Huh… I thought I found Ruby on Unilocal,but now I see there aren’t yet any reviews yet. We were visiting my in-​laws for the holidays, and I decided to get my brows tidied up– it had been a good 6 months since I had had them done. I am not a hairy person, but I have had them waxed– and threaded– quite a few times. It was definitely the most pleasant at Ruby’s– it smelled great in her studio, and she applied a few lotions and potions to me throughout the process– including a sunscreen– which makes sense, but which I hadn’t had applied previously. The process was «relatively» painless, and my brows were a pretty shape and not red like they had been after previous waxings. I will be back on future visits to Corvallis.
