This place really deserves all of the hype that it gets. I’ve been coming here for two years since I’ve moved to Cortland and I’m convinced it’s some of the best coffee and tea that I’ve ever had in my life. My personal favorite has always been the Amaretto Iced Chai or the Cold Care Tea, however they will make virtually anything you want to suit your tastes. In that regard, the baristas are always very friendly and genuinely want to serve the public. How often can you say that about a place? When I inevitably move away in the next few years this is the one place that I will miss! It actually makes Cortland notable!

Traveling through the area and wanted coffee and a Unilocal search led me here. It is very small. I would never have found it on my own. But I am so glad I stopped. I will remember this little place when I travel through the area.
The service was super friendly.
My latte was delicious! Perfectly steamed milk.
It is only drive up service but there are two windows and the line moved quickly.

Best coffee and customer service ever! Always a smiling face to greet you at the window:) I usually don’t have a specific drink that I order knowing that the baristas will create something for me… I haven’t been disappointed yet!

Syracuse, NY
After moving to Syracuse I am only able to get «good» coffee when I visit Cortland. I stopped by to the Groton Ave location and picked up my usual large latte. I have a ritual as most true coffee drinkers do, mine is to take off the lid to inspect the quality of the milk frothing. I like to try the froth first then drink the latte. When I opened up the top this morning my reaction was literally «Wow». Best latte foam ever! It was like espresso colored silk, I don’t know how they did it but it was amazing. This is bittersweet though because it has made the sorry excuse for coffee I usually get in Syracuse even worse, but it makes me remember why I used to set aside $ 3 every day for that amazing latte. Glad to see nothing has changed at Coffee Mania, if anything you’ve gotten better!
