Budget Rent A Car

Jackie is THE NICEST person you’ll ever meet!
We had the ultimate Murphy’s Law event trying to get out to Cortez… our flight out of SFO was delayed by 3 hrs & we thought we would all miss our connections in Denver but then found out the plane to Cortez was also delayed due to mechanical issues… finally at 1am, they canceled the flight & sent us all to a hotel
Calling Budget to advise them about these multiple delays then cancellation, Jackie was the kindest, most understanding person we’d encountered… she advised us she always waits for the last plane to get in so people can get their cars & it’s not unusual for people to get in after midnight!
So after getting home herself after 1am, she was back at the airport at 9am when we finally arrived, all smiles & ready to get us on the road
The car was clean & served its purpose well — AND we were not charged for the day we missed due to flight cancellations (unlike our hotel!)
Budget has just won itself a huge fan & some well-​deserved loyalty
