We were greeted immediately and the people were friendly. It was around 6pm and the place was empty. We ordered the Argentina Steak Bowl and the Grilled Chimichurri Salmon. We ordered our food to go. The portion sizes are large. The Argentina Steak bowl had a good amount of steak that was well-seasoned and tender. The general flavor was good and spicy and very different from many of the standard offerings at Town Center and Marin in general. The Grilled Chimichurri Salmon salad was good, but the piece of salmon was a bit small relative to the price. I might consider trying it once more. The place isn’t bad, but it’s not great either. Something is just a bit off and I’m not sure what it is.

Average food at best. Been here a couple times and food always smells funny. Sort of like they use old ingredients. Kitchen looks messy and dirty.

Wraps are gooooood, but not for the price. Great selections and flavors but I rather go someplace cheaper. Great customer service tho! And good smoothies!

Food: I’ve came here quite a few times and I try to order a different wrap each time. So far my favorite is the Polynesian Pulled Pork with Teriyaki being next. I do have to say they skimp on the meat and pack it with veggies but that isn’t too much of an issue with me. The prices are bit high for what you get. I mean $ 8 for a wrap. That doesn’t even come with a drink. Customer service: The ladies at the front are very nice. The guy who makes the wraps play favoritism. I clearly ordered a wrap way before this lady(whom was a regular) and he knew her order so he begins her order completely putting mine aside. So she got in and out whilst I’m there still waiting for mine.

Horrible customer service. No one waiting in line. I ordered, he rang me up and I said sorry I forgot get my 10% discount for working in the town center. Can you void it it and redo it with my 10%?(Still no other customers). The guys body language gave off every sign that said he didn’t want to do it… then he said something that was unthinkable to, «I need a good reason.» WHAT??? I asked my 10% is not a good reason? He shook his head sided to side and said, NO. In all my years as a Sales/Customer service Manager for a Fortune 500 company, I Have never seen someone in a business establishment appear soooo happy and eager to refuse service especially when it was so empty. He went on to suggest, can you just use it next time? I said in that case just void my order. He said, «SOUNDGOOD» with the most relieved tone in his voice as if he could care less about my $ 10.83 order. So I asked who the manager was and he said he was… about 5’5″ Hispanic male in a burgundy collar shirt. Then I asked who the Area Manager was and he pointed towards the To-Go Menu at the end of front counter and said I can contact someone there. I have eaten here on several occasions in the past and this would obviously be the last time I set my foot in here. This guy had two ways to go about this and he decided to take the road that was going to lead to less customers traveling through this business. If you are happy with their services now, rethink when their picking and choosing to be good to you. I don’t know you but $ 10 – 13 meals here aren’t the most reasonable so you would think they would pride themselves in customer experience, but I guess they’d rather lose a customer than fix a problem. The punchline is… I had all he intentions on donating my 10% discount($ 1) into the TIP Jar staring right at me in front of the register. This manager obviously has no clue about what RIGHT looks like.

tried Teriyaki chicken wrap($ 7.99) and salmon samurai wrap($ 8.49). Both were pretty good, tho salmon one is better. There is tint of wasabi taste to it, i will definitely order this one again if i ever visit again. There isn’t any sitting area inside, only two table outside, which will be not so convent on a raining or cold day. For quick goto, this is the place.

I love the Thai chicken wrap from this place! Peanut sauce is delicious, chicken is always juicy and the veggies are always fresh. Sad I don’t get down here as much anymore since our office moved away. The chicken pot stickers are also good.

Visited World Wrapps again recently during a stop for errands at Town Center — only to be told that they have stopped offering breakfast wraps !! Those were the only wraps that attracted me to this location — now we’ll have to find another place for a quick lunch.

Boy, you know things are bad when the mall in Corte Madera looks dead. This place was so great back in the day. My friend kept saying lets get wraps. Came here and boy was I disappointed. It’s a freaking bad burrito! I got the curry wrap and it was nothing but rice and some sweet syrup curry flavor junk. Too sweet, didn’t taste natural. Ate ¼ and threw it away. What a waste. The only reason I give it one star is for the smoothly. Surprised this is still in business.

Bad reviews make me uncomfortable, so let’s make this quick. The food just isn’t good… I had the spicy shrimp bowl and the rice was hardened on the bottom, like it had been scrapped off the bottom of the pan after the good rice had been taken off. Not good. No flavor, not spicy. Just not worth spending the $ 7 – 10 on when you could pick up better options in the rest of the Town Center. One extra star for the customer service; they were friendly and the food was fast… the food just wasn’t good :(

The samurai salmon bowl with brown rice and broccoli added is really good and so healthy. I had almost forgotten about this place but am glad I rediscovered it!

I had the Samurai Salmon wrap, which could have been better if all the wasabi spread wasn’t bunched up on one section of the sandwich! My first bite was painful. I had to work around the wrap to avoid the wasabi spread. However, the fish tasted juicy and fresh. My husband had the Argentinean wrap. He would probably rate this place 1 star because the chutney was really salty. The salty nacho chips tasted very neutral compared to this Argentinean wrap. I probably won’t go back. You’d have a better time with the sandwiches from Safeway. In fact, we’ll probably do the ghetto thing next time– buy Safeway sandwiches and eat them on the outdoor tables strewn around this mall.

Place is right next to my work place and I’m addicted to it. Love everything about this place. Wraps are fresh they are quick with your meals and I’m pretty sure with how often I came here already I have tried at least half their menu May I take a moment and mention how addicted I am with their lemongrass chicken soup? I will no longer be working around the area but man will I make the trip to come back to that soup. It’s amazingly flavorful with so much veggies in it! HAVETOTRYIT! JUSTTRYITONETIMEATLEAST! But on another note. Food is exceptional. Looking for a quick bite? Only 15 min break? Around the area? Hungry? This place answers all those for you

Have eaten from here over many years. Taste of tortilla soup has changed from a nice semi sweet richness to hot watery salsa. Shame. Received a lot less salmon in the wrap than the bowl — and that had decreased also. Thankfully it still tastes fresh and wasabi hot. Used to be a favorite for many years but it’s changed. Probably pass on returning and explore some new places in the plaza.

Yet another establishment that can’t get it together. I always call in, thinking that my food will be ready and I can just pay and go. But there are never more than 3 people working here, and they’re slow, inefficient, and frazzled every time. Which means waiting while they squint at the screen that displays orders, rushing around with their heads up their asses. Is there a manager? Someone who can train them in how to put food together quickly? Once I get my wrap, it’s always good, but it ain’t good enough to overcome the frustration of dealing with the chaos that is this location. Hire more people and train them, Mr. Wrapps.

One of the few things I miss about my commute down to Santa Clara was the World Wrapps down there. Their tofu teriyaki burrito(light on the sauce) with just a little chipolte tabasco was a go-to for me for years. I’m glad to have stumbled onto a Wrapps in Corte Madera. I’ve only been a few times so far but the people seem nice. There’s tons of outdoor seating and it’s always entertaining watching the Marin-ites do their thing.

On a Friday at 12:30pm in a shopping mall, you would think World Wrapps would have more than 2 people working in the joint. Guess what, they didn’t. Add to that a guy that was ordering for«the office» and timeliness went out the window. I didn’t want Baja Fresh, and the Vietnamese place seemed more pricey than it should have been, so I stayed here and waited it out. Needless to say the start to this place was rocky and not all that friendly. I ordered an Asian peanut chicken salad wrap. SCORE!!! 2 points!!! This was really, really good. There could have been more chicken and less lettuce, but the asian dressing and nuts were very flavorful and complementary to the other ingredients, all wrapped in a spinach wrap. That was perfect! If I were in the area on a sunny day(c’mon, its bound to happen, right… the sun part) I would give it a try again provided it was not during lunch rush. Speaking of the sun… the store has 1 indoor table… thats right, 1. The remainder of the seating is outdoors. Lets see… your 20 minutes North of San Francisco. Not exactly Palm Springs weather here, so chances of eating in the outdoor courtyard may be very limited.

I love that the wraps at World Wrapps come in at least three sizes. This allows you to decide how much food you really want and how much you want to pay… I had the smallest chicken teriyaki wrap and it was good but not amazing. I’d asked for brown rice and I’m pretty sure the rice was white(a little hard to tell since it was covered in teriyaki sauce…). They have about 15 kinds of wraps plus smoothies, salads, bento boxes, wrap bowls, etc. The prices are a bit higher than fast food but still below regular restaurant prices. I might give this place another try but was not overly impressed with the quality of the food or the flavors…
