Juicy Couture

Loved this store but thought all you Unilocalers out there should know that it is closed. So sad. Goodbye Juicy. I wonder if they are going out of business?

I personally grew up in Marin and never had such horrible customer service. When I came in to do a return Jennifer was completely rude and UNHELPFUL & made me feel uncomfortable. Call me old-​fashioned, but customer service is part of the experience wherever you go. Bad vibes from the people who work here left a very sour taste in my mouth. And I’m a REALLY easy customer. Someone needs to send the employees at JUICY COUTURE to a place where they can learn to smile. It won’t kill you, ladies!
YUCK! NEVER shopping here again. PERIOD.

I would rate them lower if I could. Horrible customer service and their velour jumpsuits are super cheap. On two different occasions I’ve purchased these and they all have gotten holes in them. I was in last week, spent $ 500 dollars and after wearing my black pants once developed a hole from the poor stitching. I unfortunately didn’t have my receipt and they were totally unwilling to help me out. I suggested looking up through my credit card and they would not negotiate. My suggestion is NEVER buy anything from that store. I was a great costumer and they have completely lost my business.

Woo! I love everything Juicy. Every time I go there, as soon as I walk in, I hear, «Hello, can I help you with anything today?» with a nice smile. I of course have to see all the jewelry and when I ask to try on a bracelet, they don’t roll their eyes like «Stop bothering me» but they’re like «Of course! Isn’t it adorable!».

Best juicy couture ever!!! The best customer service. A been to othet juicy couture stores and none so far its compared to this one. If u want to go to a place where u want to feel important and that i want to have a good customer service this is the place. The managers are helpful and they have lots of patients when it comes to customer service. The whole team its nice. As soon as u walk in they are saludating u and telling u hows it been. They even remember ur
Name. Everythime i go there i feel happy and i feel secure and i know that theyll help me find the best of the best :) gotta love this girls

I go in to Juicy about once every 2 – 3 weeks just to look at whats new and see if there are any good sales going on. The last two times I have been in the girls were SO helpful and sweet. I wish the store had more clothing in considering there is a lot of empty space. The décor is to die for in the fitting rooms! I love this place!

I have only been inside the Juicy Couture store once before (and it was during the off-​season). No lasting memories from that visit.
This time, however, I was greeted right away and when I asked if there was jewelry within a certain price range, the very sweet, helpful sales woman guided me through the showcase. Since I was shopping for an 18 year old (and I am SO far out of «high school» and out of the loop), I asked her what she thought this young lady I was shopping for would like.
She was extremely helpful and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Juicy.
Super cute. Oh, to be 18 again…

I would rather drive to downtown San Francisco than go to this Juicy store.
The customer service sucks. I’d rather have a good shopping experience AND be happy with my purchases than go back to this store where the employees pretend to help me.

I lost my sunglasses while on vacation in the Bahamas. (R.I.P. Oakley) So I’ve been driving around town squinting. I needed to put an end to this silliness and decided to get some eye protection.
I like Juicy Couture’s sunglasses. Their selection includes some classic shapes, retro ones and aviator style sunglasses. I even spotted a wraparound brown tinted sunglasses with a big «JC» bling on the side. (looks like something J. Lo would wear.) Colors in black, white, brown tortoise and of course, pink.
Contrary to previous reviews, I’ve had good customer service at this store. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and taken cared of. (Well, there were no other customers in the store and there were 4 employees standing around! but I digress)
I bought a brown tortoise sunglasses with butterfly design on the temples. I’m happy with my purchase!
Now I can drive around town…

I came here last week to buy a standard black velour hoodie. Say what you will about JUICY, I love their clothes (velour and ready to wear pieces) and their perfume is quite light and fun too. Anyway, turns out they were having a special promotion and if you buy a full tracksuit with hoodie and pants you get 30% off. Sweet! I wanted a new pair of black sweats to work out or veg out in anyway.
I’m not down with wearing matching «fits” — the full tracksuit– around town, but I definitely will sport it at home, it’s extremely comfortable and cozy, and at least I change out of pj’s to loaf around in JUICY sweats haha.
But I digress. From the other review it sounds like this place has awful customer service. But I did not find that at all. When I went, the store was fairly busy, but I was helped promptly and did not have to wait for a changing room. As soon as I was ready to make my purchase, a friendly salesgirl decked out in a cute JUICY dress rang me up and came around the counter to personally hand me my bright pink shopping bag.
I would definitely come back here again, but then again, I would just as soon go to Nordstroms or any other JUICY store location.

Why, oh why, would I want to walk around the city in terry cloth dark brown sweat pant suit that has the words above:

Rippled across my big butt, adding more to cellulite slabs and terraced levels of humps.

I went there with my sister and my GF over the weekend, they just opened this location not long ago and I have to say the sales and store manager do not have any experiencing in the sales and customer service area. My sis and my gf both picked a lot of cloth and there was a line for the only 2 fitting rooms and when it was my Gf’s turn she asked the sales girl who was managing the fitting room at the time if it is ok for her and my sister to use the same room, that way they don’t have to occupy both rooms for a long time, but the girl told them that the rule is to only allow 1 in the room at a time and they will not allow my sister to bring her 5 year old into the fitting room as well, the kid has to wait outside! WTF! Then after they made the purchase as they were walking out of the store the alarm sounded and I can see all the sales plus manager gave us the dirtiest look and one girl approached us and asked us to show her the shopping bag after almost each of the girl looked into the bag they couldn’t find what was making the alarm to go off, so they called the manager over and after the manager search through the bag she found the sales girl forgot to take one of the alarm tag off the cloth, she didn’t even apologize just went back to the counter and asked very impolitely for the receipt to make sure we did purchase the item after everything was taking care of she still didn’t apologize. Very bad experience and they should retrain all the people working there.
