Haven’t been to this J Jill in years, but just returned and found the two employees were both very welcoming and friendlier than those in the past. They know which clothing items run big so I never needed to try on more than one size. I will return to this store as often as I can, both for the great customer service and the well made clothing!

For some reason, I always stop into J. Jill as a last resort after I’ve been disappointed by the selection in pretty much every other clothing store in this mall.
I need to read my own review to remind myself to stop here first because I always find a few good things. Dress for a party? Casual clothes to hang out? Something just a little sassy for a night on the town? J. Jill has you covered.
Staff is friendly and helpful too!
