Kim is the best hair stylist I have ever had. She does great cuts, is up to speed on the latest trends, and is excellent at listening to her clients needs.

Josette Foster does the best blow outs on the planet! I recently moved back to the bay area and go every week for a blow-​out. I’ve tried multiple stylists and hands down – Josette does the best blow outs. I always get MULTIPLE compliments and head turns after having my blow out from Josette. She is in incredibly knowledgeable about hair — and I have a few unruly pieces that no one can ever seem to get to settle down but Josette is a master with the round brush, dryer and flat iron. During my 1^st visit, she asked a lot of questions to understand my hair and what I like and then explained everything she was doing to my hair. Now I go in there every week and she knows exactly how I like it and she gets it right every time. She shared tips on styling my hair, and it was like a lesson. She knew everything important and shared the best process for styling natural/​curly as well to save my hair from blow drying all the time. I’ve never had a stylist be so helpful. I was in town for just a couple of days. The hotel recommended Accent. I needed a little pampering and relaxation and it was wonderful. Kim and Holly took fabulous care of me. I walked out looking and feeling like a new woman. Very accommodating, and also affordable. I highly recommend Accent!

Cute salon! One-​stop shop! Mani/​pedi, eyebrows, spray tan, facial, even lash extensions… it’s all conveniently here! Kim is way talented, along with Lisa and their assistant. I have been going to Kim for my cut and color for over 2 years now. And yes, I drive 40 minutes from Daly City, through traffic, across the Golden Gate Bridge, to Corte Madera every time, just for her to do my hair.
I recently gave a different salon (much closer to home) a try, but that just helped confirm that I haven’t found a stylist who does a better job on my hair than Kim does; I refuse to go to anywhere else anymore! She’s quick yet detailed, and I have never walked out of Accents disappointed!
Never received as many compliments (especially from strangers who would approach me) on my hair before Kim; I still get compliments 2 months into my cut! She’s your go-​to girl!

Lisa is a coloring expert. I have never received so many compliments on my hair and color! She took my overall coloring into consideration. I never look brassy or unnatural. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Kim does do a great job, but she’s basically a one-​girl show. The salon is chaotic with no one answering the phones. When you call to make an appointment, you usually get an answering machine. After you leave a message, you may or may not get a call back which is what happened to me the last time I called. I am now changing stylists as I can’t deal with the frustration.

You will NEVER go to anyone else after going to Kim, the owner at Accents. No joke, she’s changed my life! the best hair i have ever had. I’ve been going for 5 years, and if she moved away– i’d fly to wherever she goes to keep having my hair done. Thanks Kim!
