I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Emile at A+. Concerned that they were not factory authorized by Bosch, I called A+‘s service center and was assured that they would send their best technician to handle the job of fixing my dishwasher. Emile, the owner, showed up on time and within minutes diagnosed the possible problems causing the flooding, including a worst-​case scenario of replacing the circuit board, which would have made replacement a better option. He said if the circuit board had a problem, he might be able to fix it himself. How many technicians ever fix a problem on the circuit board? Most are just «plug and play» people. The circuit board did have a problem and Emile fixed it. I was so thankful! He also looked at my noisy microwave and told me that the turntable motor was burned out. Then he told me how I can fix it myself! As ardent DIYers, this was wonderful news. I ordered a new motor online for $ 50 and will install it myself. It looks very pretty simple.
I will definitely call A+ for all my service needs!

I love baking. I bake every day. I keep dreaming that one day I will have my own coffee house. And I love my Viking range. No matter what I bake, it always delivers a perfect result. I needed to bake some muffins for my daughter’s recital. I decided on chocolate banana muffins as everybody loves them and they are a breeze to make. However, the bunch wasn’t perfect at all. They didn’t rise and looked pathetic. Since I have made them a thousand times, I new something was wrong with my Viking oven. It didn’t get hot enough. I also realized that I smelled the gas. I needed a trained specialist to come and fix it right away. I googled Viking gas oven repair and came across A plus Appliances. I called them and they were able to come the same day (Friday afternoon!). The technician was on time, very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He even had parts with him! The price was very fair providing how fast they showed up and that my Viking oven was fixed immediately. I give A plus 5 stars and highly recommend them as very reliable, professional and reasonably priced company. And my muffins turned out to perfection, thanks to my awesome Viking range.

Yes, great guys, fast work and affordable pricing. My Bosch dishwasher was in some serious need of repair, it was leaking water and it was pretty much an emergency situation that needed to be fixed ASAP, I expressed how urgent the matter was and the technician was very understanding, so much so that they were able to come the same day. They are very professional and polite.
I highly recommend theses guys!

I am always skeptical dealing with mechanics and yes even an Appliance Repair shop. Andre from A Plus Appliances came over to look at my broken dishwasher. On the first visit I paid the $ for the visit and he said he would need to come back the next day with additional parts. After the third visit and approximately 6 hours of work it was determined that the dishwasher was beyond repair. Instead of billing me additional money for his time and visits he shook his head, smiled and ripped up the initial check.
