If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Never in my life have I been treated more poorly as a paying customer.
First of all, nobody greeted us, ever. We had to find someone and tell them what we wanted instead of being asked.
Second, my foot is broken and in a boot so I said I wanted a pedicure, but only on my other foot. The lady huffed and rolled her eyes, and then said, «Well how am I supposed to charge you?» I replied, «Well I would assume I would pay half price since I’m only able to have one foot painted.»
We then waited thirty minutes to be seated in our pedicure chairs, and my friend had to wait an HOUR to simply get her nails done, just to be told that the lady «didn’t know how to do gel nails».
Another woman asked me to get out of my chair and go sit in another chair while my toes dried. I tried to get out on the side that my non-​broken foot was on and the woman told me I needed to get out on the other side (on my broken foot). I told her I couldn’t put weight on that foot, and needed to get out on my right side. She then, rolled her eyes and walked away, clearly annoyed.
The nail cart was in the middle of the walkway and I couldn’t walk past without moving it so I scooted the cart about six inches over, right about the time another woman pulled it back and said «don’t touch!!».
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET OUT IF THE WALKWAY HAS A HUGE NAIL CART TAKING UP ALL OF THE SPACE BETWEEN THE ROWS OF CHAIRS!!! By now I’m beyond ticked off, so I scooted the cart right back and walked over to another chair to wait for my friend’s nails to be done. By the time we left we had been there for almost THREE HOURS.
The price for a pedicure is $ 22. They charged me $ 20…two dollars less for half the work? After being treated like an inconvenience? This nail salon is a joke, don’t waste your time coming here unless you want to be treated like dirt.
The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. And for the record, this is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review; that should speak volumes of how poor my experience was today. Save your money and time and go somewhere else, they clearly don’t care to keep customers here.

This ladies here are like family! I have been going here for 8+ years! They are great!
