Pretty much eat here every time I go to Corsicana, and between how much my dad and I consume, we’re surprised they’re still in business :-) Whenever he walks in, they have his Pepsi and table already ready for him. Always start off with a huge plate of boiled shrimp w/cocktail sauce on the side. There’s always plenty of it and they’re huge. Then I move on to Hot and Sour Soup and other various buffet items.(The Hot and Sour Soup is slightly above average.) They have good Lo Mein and potstickers(I could DRINK that teriyaki sauce), as well as chicken-on-a-stick, sesame chicken and beef and broccoli. One time they had crab legs, which was awesome, but only saw it that one time. Overall, not a unique Chinese buffet restaurant, but everything is consistently tasty. And hey, it’s Corsicana we’re talking about here :-)
