Well, I was out in Calallen today and really didn’t want to scour Unilocal on my phone, so I stopped at this newly remodeled WhataMess. They didn’t disappoint. It’s like putting lipstick on a pig as they say. I ordered a simple WB with cheese and LT&M ONLY… and they couldn’t get that right. The fries were old, the soda was badly adjusted to put too much water in the mix. Miserable experience in a spruced up building. Lipstick on a pig.

This location got a great facelift! Parking is ideal, workers are happy and smiling and frequently checking to see if you need a refill, or extra condiments. They either got new employees or retrained the old ones on customer service skills because our visit was more than pleasant. The restaurant was very clean although I didn’t make it to the bathrooms. Next time :)

This is the slowest Whataburger in Corpus. Plus the fries are always soggy. If you want Whataburger, go up the street to the one by Heb.

Perhaps the slowest Whataburger I have ever been to. Unorganized, staff is not working as one.
The person taking the orders walks off to help at the window, which is understandable, then steps away from there to check her cell phone. Comes to the counter to take my order and wants to rush me through it.
Sad thing, I will be moving back to this area and this will be my closest Whataburger. Perhaps a full reorganization will happen before I settle in.
