I’m satisfied with food and over all experience with this restaurant although about 30 minutes ago I left after ordering food through the drive through and they forgot my cup of chili. I’ve tried phoning them several times and no one has answered this is my only complaint. I don’t want to waste my time going back without first speaking to a manager. It’s very frustrating.

The Wendy’sburger is so delicious. The bun is soft which complements the burger itself, giving it a nice flavor. The burger is cooked perfectly every time I visit. The vanilla milk Wendy’s is awesome!

This is the location Eva Longoria worked when she was younger. The store is getting a freshen up inside, so atmosphere wouldn’t get thumbs up, but I’m not going to knock them for it either. The cashier took our order, read it back to us very clearly and thanked us and gave us our order number. We walked over to get napkins and ketchup, and before we were done, our order number was called out. Truly fast food! The burgers were good, the fries were good, we were happy! This is not the Wendy’s we normally go to, but I can say that the service is the best of any we’ve been to.

The cashier at this location sucked. She was inexperienced… very unprofessional. I ordered a baconator double meat… just the sandwich. I received a classic single meat(how it comes). Turns out, she charged me incorrectly… I was really pissed off when she refused to correct it and told me what I ordered. She said I ordered the classic… when I kept insisting I did not. After a while, I just gave up. Sorry, Wendy’s on AYERS… you have lost a customer!
