My Time Warner Wifi and Telephone service has failed five times in the last two weeks. They are very polite about saying they are working on or have corrected the problem but the problem in my system and in my apartment complex continues to fail. TWC appears unable to maintain sustainable connectivity and is, thus, unreliable.

Won’t bring the cable another 100 feet so my family and I can get cable and Internet with them. What a WASTE of time this company is. They also sent someone to my house that didn’t speak English, he asked me if I spoke Spanish and when I said no he got in the phone and called someone so he could tell me that they weren’t going to waste their time on a brand new house. Thanks for nothing Time Warner.
