I recently purchased wallpaper from this store, and It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Staff could not provide basic information on the availability of the wallpaper we selected, or the quantity needed for the job. I ended up calculating it myself on the internet and determined I needed 3 double rolls. I was told I could only order 2 double rolls at a time. So, I ordered 4 rolls and was told I could return one if it was unused. I used exactly 3 rolls, and when I went to return the fourth roll, was then told I had to pay a 50% restocking fee. I declined to pay it because I was not told upfront and because they had offered zero assistance in determining quantity. Matt was extremely rude to me when I made the return. I cannot believe how unprofessional he was. I am also writing their corporate office. Worst customer service ever.
