I’ve been here at least 5 times and I’ve never been disappointed. Vanessa, Alexa, and Melissa have all done my hair and they’ve never once disappointed me. It’s pretty reasonably priced and the service is the best I’ve had in corpus. Would definitely recommend.

This place is fantastic! I previously had colored my hair myself from a box but wanted to do an exotic color I was not able to do myself. Alexa was my stylist and answered all of my questions of how the process worked and colored my hair exactly how I imagined it to look like. She was so friendly and was happy to explain everything she was doing. Plus, they serve complimentary wine, mimosas, and champagne!!!

OMG Victoria is amazing! She is such a perfectionist and I love it. She doesn’t rush through your haircut, she takes her time and makes you feel like your hair is important to her. It was my first time there and I felt so welcomed by the staff. This is honestly the first time I have ever liked my haircut. I have definitely found my new permanent salon and hairstylist. My husband also loved it which is important to me. My coworkers all said how much they loved it too! Thank you, Victoria!

Found this salon on Unilocal and decided to take my girlfriend to it. I can personally say that this is a one of a kind salon! You feel instantly welcomed as soon as you step through the door. The waiting room has complimentary coffee and drinks, which got me through the wait with my girlfriend lol.
As for my girlfriend’s experience, she said it was the best salon she had ever gone to! She got an ombré coloring and she could never be more satisfied! The lady that help her was named Shelby and she took care of my girlfriend through the whole 4 hour experience. My girlfriend absolutely love it! Definitely coming back

I recently moved here from California and obviously had to look for a new hair cut place and went to a salon in La palmera mall and it was a bad (BAD!) experience. I literally cried when I got home and missed my hair cut lady in California… I was alot more terrified of letting anyone else mess with my hair, but had no choice since the lady at the mall ruined it. Decided to go to Planet Sol Salón and Shelby I believe her name is (sorry if I got it wrong) squeezed me in on her schedule since I had only called an hour before which I appreciate alot. She made me LOVE my hair again. Shes precise, detailed, and gentle lol she doesn’t pull on my hair like other hair cut places do. I have a surgery scar on my head and she knew how to work with it. My hair is now healthy NORMAL and even! Again I love it! Oh and she also did my eyebrows and did and excellent job. I’ll definitely be going back to her once I need a haircuts or any other hair treatments again. The guy named Korbin (again sorry if I got it wrong lol) he was also very nice to me and liked his unique orange hair style.

These ladies were so so awesome! We had 6 of us in there at one time (bridal party), they took such good care of us and were so sweet and patient with the smaller girls. We had a blast! Please go see these sweet ladies and tip them well!

My haircut was simple, and I got it so that’s good! But it was not without some prodding to the stylist that they had not taken enough weight out of my hair. And they didn’t have a lot of ideas about what would look good, so I just defaulted to a maintenance cut. Wish I could give it a 3.5, but I’ll give it 4 since it was pretty cheap without being a Supercuts.

My sweetheart treated me to a spa day so I was able to experience quite a lot of the services they offered.
My haircut: 5 stars hands down. Very impressed with the cut and color. Kenia/​Sol teamed up to give me the look I was going for and I will certainly be back for hair services
My facial: 4 stars. My skin looks nice and feels soft but there were areas for improvement. I wish I knew what was being put on my face as there were many creams/​masks/​goops put on me and as someone who values their skin it would have been nice to know up front what was being put on it. The facial itself felt a little amateur but overall I’m pleased with my skin and that’s all that matters. No extractions though.
My Mani/​Pedi: 2 stars. The girl who did it was very kind and sweet but I’m not sure there was any formal training done as a manicurist. I went and had them redone the same day at a different manicure salon.
Overall great place, very friendly and I will be back. Just not for a mani/​pedi

I am very picky with my highlights and I had «hair anxiety» after hoping to find a good stylist. I tried other salons in the area that were more pricey, and had no customer service… I found planet sol and decided to go based on the reviews of ALEXA. She first cut my hair and gave me a consult on my highlights. She listened, remembered, and even gave suggestions for the next time to achieve a new look I have been wanting. If you want great service, I highly recommend her.
The only reason for minus one star is the atmosphere could use some revamping… Don’t judge a book by it’s cover here. I found an excellent little go to salon.
_​Oh and her her blow dry service is phenomenal too :)

Melissa did a fantastic job on my color and cut. Great blow dry too. Will definitely be back!
