The Manager Edward was really rude. Seemed like he was having a bad day, but that’s not an excuse to take it out on a customer. I expected a lot more from someone in his position. This place has really gone downhill.

First time here hubby usually goes to smoothie king for his fix, but I wanted to try this place out since they emailed me a coupon.
Smoothie was good
Service was fast
Staff can use some manners like just saying thank you or have a nice day can really change a persons experience on the place.

I think the staff could be a little friendlier. This was not a pleasant visit. The person working the counter wasn’t nice. When I misunderstood something she said she seemed even more irritated. I was then punished by being handed a cup with the smoothie all over the outside of the cup. She was definitely someone that hated her job.
The smoothie was fine but I wonder if she spit in it. She was just that type of a person.

Jamba Juice is my favorite place to go to. Wherever I’m at. I live in San Diego and was so happy to see a jamba in Corpus Christi. The associates were friendly. Greet you right as you walk in the doorway. Made my drink the right way and gave me coupons for a buy one get one free drink. Love it!!!
