Cupcakes & More

Not a big fan of cupcakes… after the over booming introduction of cupcakes years ago, I’ve kept cupcakes off of my list of desserts to enjoy with my coffee. Too chalky, more bread with less flavor, or they’ve been sitting out longer than they should be for lack of sales days before or just not a lot of excitement going on in that department.
HOWEVER. My S.O. brought home cupcakes from the place today while working. I was a bit hesitant and walked away from the box when he mentioned that there was a coconut cupcake he wanted to try. I’m big on coconut, so I cut them in fours and took ¼ of it… Moist, flavorful and complimented the name of the cupcake: Coconut.
Would I recommend this place? YES. There’s a box sitting in the kitchen and have decided against the fatty mcfatty move of trying the others. So I’m going to base this experience on that ¼ slice of a cupcake.
Five stars pending a visit to check out their customer service… cause you guys know how big I am on that =)

My daughter and I wandered in this afternoon after a yummy lunch date. I bought a lemon cupcake for myself and a vanilla cupcake for my daughter. I snarfed down my deliciously lemony and dense cupcake as soon as we got home and she will have hers when she wakes up from nap.
The ladies working in the bakery were lovely, sweet and made DELICIOUS looking and tasting cupcakes. Yum!!!

Best acaí bowls on the island. Owner is so sweet and passionate. Highly recommend this place!
