Chris is fantastic! He’s responsive, upbeat and patient and his local knowledge is a great advantage. He recently guided us through a challenging bank-repo purchase and stood up for us on numerous occasions to push and prod their side as needed. He truly took care of us too — and not just through closing. He recommends handymen, inspectors and other local experts, to help us get settled. We recommended him to some friends and he helped them find what they wanted right away. You can tell by the other reviews, he’s not a one-and-done guy. We’ll continue to work with him too and he’s good fun to hang out with.

What’s GREAT About Chris you may ask? Lots! First of all, I should say he is absolutely calm and sensible. No matter what’s going on, he just starts moving forward towards a solution that’s good for all. Gotta love that!
