Because of my bad past experience at the Ontario Ave location I decide to call this Walgreens on Parkridge Ave in Corona instead. What a difference! Rosmery answered the phone and I told what happened at the other location. She apologized and said she’ll call them to transfer my prescription to this location and that she’ll call me as soon as she can to let me know what happened. She called me few minutes later and said that everything has been transferred and it’s ready for pick up. She was very polite and professional. When I came in to pick it up, did not have to wait at all, everything was ready for me. Great job Rosmery and thank you!

Staff is always helpful and happy to help, but the pharmacy is just a joke! I drop off my prenatal vitamins prescription and when I tried to pick them up they needed the pharmacist to «explain» me and go over the prescription… Excuse me? I can buy vitamins over the counter and just take them like anyone else would, so inconvenient they think I have all the time in the world to be waiting or coming back… They are acting like they’re giving me some kind of drug ITS JUST VITAMINS! Whatever…

This is for the pharmacy. I have dealt with another Walgreens that was great. This one rarely has my prescriptions filled. Multiple times I have gotten there at a time that I stated I would pick up from my app hours after that time and many times days after that time and my prescription isn’t done. If there’s a problem with insurance or it’s not in stock they don’t call. Maybe I was spoiled with the other Walgreens that would call if there was any delay or any problems that same day I put the request in even if I’m not to pick it up till the next day. They call if the insurance won’t pay just to tell me that they called my doctor for either a prior auth or a different medication. That helps so I know. I have even had it when I dropped off a prescription that they said I could pick it up in an hour and 6 hours later I came to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I’m going to look for another pharmacy because it’s frustrating that they don’t even seem to care.

Honestly this pharmacy is making so much money and they are always under staff. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you go there always under staff or one register working or system breaks. Today my doctor sent my prescription over to the pharmacy and I called them they told me it’ll be ready in 30 minutes to hours later I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and they said it’s going to be another 20 minutes

The WORST drive thru pharmacy ever. Every time I come to pick up my prescription I end up waiting 30mins plus with 2 cars in front of me. Isn’t drive thru supposed to be fast and convenient? I am going to switch my pharmacy as soon as possible!

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and I love the ladies there! They remember my mother and me by name so I can call in and they have always been extremely helpful since the first day I started going there. The staff for the store had always been very helpful, nice, and professional when I need something! Even after I moved to Norco I still make the drive to this specific store because I have yet to find the same service.

For a company whos all about living well and healthy you would think they would have sanitary bathrooms. I went in the morning and they were all ready horrible. Makes me think they didnt clean them from the night before. Pharmacy is great just dont use the restrooms. Needless to say i couldnt wait for my prescription since i refused to use such a disgusting bathroom.

I’ve had many positive visits in the last few months which has prompted this review. I don’t use the pharmacy or the photo dept so I can’t comment on those. What I can comment on are the kind employees who have been very helpful and friendly. A younger blond was super responsive when I asked about an out of stock product and instantly wrote me a rain check with a smile. On another day, a brunette helped me with the same product and pulled what they had in the back for me with a smile. And the African American cashier lady was super nice and friendly as well.
It’s truly good customer service that brings customers back and they have a loyal customer in me. The manager has picked some quality people.

Just your average Walgreens. Nothing too special. Wait is never bad. Can always go in and out and find the item I need and just leave without hassle. They also have Redbox here.

Always a pleasure for me to this store they playing the best overhead music never really a way to check out your so helpful but

I just went their to night to order some invits in the photo center, it was so fast and easy, walked out with my invits in less then an hour. It was also cheeper then target was (first went their printers where down) so happy they where. I got some great invites and at a great price too!
The only worker there was also vary helpful and so nice!

Pharmacy assistant is very helpful! She is great at what she does and she does it with ease. Great job!

I completely agree with the first reviewer. I came to this pharmacy w/​my mom who was ridiculously sick. I drove her to the doctors and then we came here to get her meds. They said it would be twenty minutes and she sat down to wait. I made my way around the store and looked around to kill time. 10 minutes later my mom found me and told me she felt really sick so she was going to go lay in the car. Now, my mom is the strongest toughest woman i know. this sickness HAD to be kicking her ass if #1 she asked me to drive her #2 if she couldnt stand 10 more minutes of waiting.
So i took a seat infront of the counter and waited for her. I watched people come and go, i watched one of the workers be rude to 89.99% of the customers, i saw the same lady yell at some of the other workers to shut their mouths and get to work bcuz no one was helping with the growing line of customers. then i would watch the line die down and everyone was just flirting and talking about bull.
45 minutes later and im pissed… come to find out my meds were ready but no one EVER said anything. I mean they knew what i was waiting for and no one said ANYTHING. I shared my frustration w/​the manager but stay away
