WaBa Grill

Eddie is THE MAN and customer service is the best here! I chose WaBa Grill to cater my son’s birthday with 40 adults and 20 kids because their catering prices are EXTREMELY affordable! We ordered 2 trays of chicken over rice, 2 trays of beef/​steak over rice and 1 tray of steamed veggies. Because Eddie is THE MAN, he threw in 2 trays of salad for FREE! He even gave us one full bottle of the WaBa hot sauce and another full bottle of WaBa’s signature terriyaki sauce! AND they provide serving utensils! Everything inclusive was about $ 170, which is seriously an unbeatable price.
I called a bunch of places for «Asian» catering, including a few Hawaiian BBQ places and several Chinese QSRs… for the quality of food at the price I was given, WaBa surpassed every other place. Their chicken is soooooo flavorful and the beef/​steak is tender and addicting. Portions are huuuge, everyone was stuffed and we had food left over!
If you need catering for an event, I highly recommend WaBa Grill. Delicious food, very generous portions, extremely affordable AND the best WaBa staff I’ve ever encountered at this location. Thank you again, WaBa Grill and especially Eddie! I’ll be recommending your catering to all my friends and family in the future (especially since us Filipinos love WaBa Grill).

I really want to like this place. I tried it for a second time. The portionings are better than those of Flame Broiler which I do not like. Waba is a quickly expanding change that appears to be everywhere. It is just good but not great. It just cannot hold a candle to Mos 2(Orange County chain of 4). Mod 2 is still the best teriyaki chicken place period.

Food was good but customer service sucked the lady saw I had a coupon and put the transaction threw so I wouldn’t use it was just not in the mood to argue I’ll just go somewhere else next time sucks

Best Waba Grill I’ve ever been to looks so elegant and clean and of course the food done super good! The cashier Alejandra really did an awesome job really made us feel welcomed and did an amazing job! #Amazed

This place sucks.
I have been here three times and they do not do a good job cooking the meat and the chicken is rubbery.
I will never eat here again. :(

This location is UNBELIEVABLE! I don’t know why or how but I’ve tried other locations and this one is by far the best customer service and the best food! I will literally drive 25 minutes away from l where I work just to eat here for lunch! Just the best

I love the food, but I don’t feel the music is appropriate for a business/​restaurant. Rap and R&B doesn’t really match the demographic of the nieghborhood. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. The employees are always polite and helpful.

It is a very convenient location, the place is very clean, neat and nice. The customer service is great and very friendly; I just love it!

So excited to have this place here in the I.E. And so close to home! Great food… Can’t go wrong with anything in their menu. Very clean and customer service is good. The shrimp plate was to die for and love their teriyaki sauce.

Great customer service, and great food. Was really clean and when I asked about what salad dressing they used. They gave me some To go! Would def go again!

This is a new location, they don’t have their act together yet. If you are on a short lunch break, better go some place else. They weren’t very busy when I arrived, but it is a looong wait from ordering to getting my food, couple of other people ordered after me eventually got their food before me. Looks like the cooks weren’t even trained, they don’t know how to coordinate with the ordering desk, plus my order was made wrong, ordered Chicken Steak Combo, was served Chicken only. Then, the chicken was way overcooked and dry, it’s like chewing a piece of wood, poured 3 cups of their house sauce, it didn’t make it much more desirable, end up throwing away half of my food. Been to other WaBa Grill before, it was perfect for lunch, prompt service and tasty foods, this new store haven’t got their chops, the cooks needs to be trained.

Just opened up. Surprised to see is not busy. Great service. Made my family feel very welcomed.
