Titan Floors

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. My floors were installed in 2010. They have warped and buckled. I spoke with Crystal twice. Both times she assured me that she would send someone out to look. Nothing happened. She will not return any phone calls nor answer numerous emails. I am now having to replace 750 Sq ft of flooring. What a waste of money and time. Do not use this company or their sister company Floortastic.

My floors are separating after only a few months. I emailed Crystal pictures and requested that they fix the work. I received no response. After a second email, I was ignored again. They are unprofessional to say the least. They do not return phone calls either. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who backs up their work. They left trash and wood all over our yard as well.

Last week I purchased flooring and had my entire downstairs (approx. 1300 sq. ft) installed by Floortastic. No doubt I was skeptical after reading the negative reviews here on Unilocal.After speaking with the owner (Crystal) about my reservations, I felt reassured and confident in giving them a try. Boy, was I ever glad I did. Their crew did a fantastic job. It took about 2 ½ days to complete. They were on time, courteous and extremely hard workers. Crystal stayed in contact via text to insure everything was going well and to my satisfaction. My floor and baseboards look absolutely fantastic! I wish I could have you all over to check it out. It’s that nice. I would highly recommend you give them a go. I don’t think you’ll be sorry, I’m definitely not. Plan on having them do my daughters place next. Oh and by the way, they have some darn good prices. Go for it!

Got same experience with others… need my floor fixed, but they have been ignoring calls, texts, voicemails.

Horrible service!!! They used unprofessional/​UN-​uniformed contractors that made a mistake in the floor. They ignored my phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Although Crystal seemed so nice over the phone ACTIONS speak louder then words.

**Avoid this company***. Initially I was impressed with their prices for flooring and installation. Crystal was the person we worked with. The job was new wood flooring throughout our new corporate office. They improperly reinstalled the toilet and water has been leaking under the new floor for months. I have called and called them all they’ve said is «we’re very busy with new jobs» I told both Crystal and Angel I simply want the problem fixed and both times they have asked me to meet them there on a Saturday (my day off) and I’ve been stood up twice. Finally, I am forced to file a complaint against them. I really didn’t want too, but now the smell of mold and water damage is very strong. Be advised they seem nice, the pricing is good, but treatment after the sale is abysmal.

I had my entire house done by them and they are the best. Floors look amazing and I have so many people that love our house! They have great service, great prices and the work is done well!
