Love this location. My drinks are always on point whenever I come here. Service is great and staff is always friendly. There’s one particular barista that I always look forward to when he is making my drinks. Don’t know what he does different but my drinks always come out amazing when he makes them. :)

Today about 8:00pm, ordered my drinks thru drive thru… the Barista«A» Tried to charge me $ 3.40 for a venti WATER with a slice of lime because the guy called it a specialty drink? Are you kidding me? Then when I told him not fair to charge for a «lime» and it was the 2nd time he tried to do this. I have been a long time customer and that most likely I would post my «customer» experience he «slammed» the sliding door and walked away… so much for barista«making it right promise»…

Being a Starbucks customer I go to Starbucks every day different cities different states Its amazes me how so many employees do different things in each single one Like this one here there’s an employee named Brandon he likes to over charges me for any little thing on my drink it’s pretty annoying I always have the same drink every day Like I said I travel a lot and only in this specific Starbucks I get a BS from this employee really try to avoid coming here and idk if it’s me or it’s just him! I don’t recommend this Starbuck!

I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. Staff is friendly and make very little mistakes. This is a high volume Starbucks with a crazy drive through. Come inside and see the friendly faces that make your drinks.

This is a really clean location and the employees are always super nice. If they mess up on an order they are always incredibly happy and quick to remake it. My only complaint would be that there is this woman that comes in every morning, parks her KIA in the handicap spot(I think she believes having a «sense of entitlement» allows her to do that) without any stickers, and is completely rude to the employees. She talks down to them as if they were her servants. These nice people don’t deserve it so I think the next time I will say something.

This is in a great location. It has a drive thru and is located at the beginning of a few Madhouse shopping centers! So if you need a little extra hop to your step stop in or drive thru here before you tackle all the shops in the area. The employees have always been pleasant and the one time that they had me wait a little extra longer than usual in the drive thru, they offered me a complimentary drink voucher on them my next visit. Wow ! Didn’t ask or complain. Thank you! Greatly appreciated! Great customer service here!

Well, they have done it again. Raised their prices. For a venti caramel Frappuccino it was already up to $ 4.95 and now today it has gone up to $ 5.25. This, from a company that can hardly ever get the drink right in the first place. I was barely okay with the $ 4.95 but now I am definitely not going to pay $ 5.25 for a drink that is lucky to cost them a $ 1.25 and is mostly ice. What a disappointment. You would think that they would be more concerned with their training program if they expect people to pay such high prices. I am going to empty my gold card and sadly it is no more Starbucks for me. I can only hope that more people jump on this bandwagon so that they come to their senses on a proper price point

Line thru drive thru, horrible! Walk in line, horrible! With one cashier and 6 employees working there should at least be 2 cashiers when there is 4 or more in line. After all we all know this is the first stop in the morning! Then I go to make my coffee at the cart and employee gets right in front of me and doesn’t say excuse me and proceeds to roll down shades. Sees I’m waiting but still takes her time literally inches away from my coffee in my hand. Pretty rude if you ask me. She could of stepped aside and said, «please, go ahead.» Nope apparently no manners what so ever. One star for«I got my coffee.» Annoyed

I usually have a very good experience at this Starbucks. But I just left there having had just terrible customer service. I placed a mobile order for a hibiscus refresher, nonfat graham latte, and an omega 3 bistro box. Usually when you place a mobile order they put everything out for you. I come in and the only thing out is the hibiscus refresher. I had requested 3 scoops of berries. There was like one berry in there. I asked for more berries and got the barista rolled her eyes and just added a bunch of Berries on top. No shaking it or anything so I had to stir it with my straw but it didn’t blend very well. I also requested honey and it had not been melted. I’ve seen them make this drink before where they melt the Honey first in hot water before adding anything else. I don’t think this was done. Moving on to the next item. They were out of the nonfat Graham latte. So I asked for a salted caramel latte. She gave me whip Cream so I asked her if the drink is nonfat like the original one I ordered. She rolled her eyes again and made me another drink. Pretty sure it tastes like hazelnuts but I’m tired of complaining and getting eye rolls. So I’ll let it go. No bistro box on the counter. I ask. She says I need to go around and get it myself. I go around. No omega 3. I go back and ask if they have omega 3 boxes. I get another eye roll. She says she has nothing to do with mobile orders, she only makes drinks. I tell her usually everything comes out together when I place mobile orders. Another eye roll. She tells me to go around again to the front register and ask them. Already the entire idea of a mobile order has been defeated. I have spend half the day saying«excuse me but…» And getting eye rolls. I go stand in line. The lady tells me they never have omega 3 boxes. She apologizes for not updating the mobile system. I ask her if I can just get the PB& J box. She looks up the price and mentions that it’s more expensive but she will do me this one favor. Thanks. Thanks for wasting my whole day and giving me a completely different order, making me feel like S, and then having the nerve to mention the tiny price difference between the boxes. Thanks.

Normally this Starbucks is fine but I went in today 9÷10÷15 at about 9am just for coffee… plain. I noticed a decorative mug which was cute & decided to purchase it along with my grande coffee. No prob. Only the coffee I was given was burnt & I didn’t taste it until 20⁄30 min later because it was scalding hot & I had to wait for it to cool before I cauterized my taste buds since I could barely hold the cup WITH the sleeve on. Super unfortunate that I basically paid $ 15 bucks for gross coffee P.S the girl at the register wasn’t quite rude but she wasn’t nice or pleasant either. Didn’t catch her name otherwise I would include it. Hoping it was the end of her shift because she did NOT want to be there serving customers in line.

Asked for 3 tall vanilla bean frapps, wanted them THICK,(extra ice + extra blended)…well — I guess this is just too much to ask. Because I literally just exchanged my drinks three times. The girl even had the nerve to say«are you serious»? On my second exchange, because she couldn’t get the concept I didn’t want to chew on ice in my drink! Cmon, jamba juice does it for me all the time. It’s not that hard. I gave up. Left with three watery crunchy drinks.

The location of the Starbucks is great, it’s a bit small inside but they do offer sitting inside. Clean environment, great staff I do need to try new drinks anything that doesn’t consist of warm milk I am interested in

A decent Starbucks location. They are very busy but I’m always surprised at how fast the ordering is. The line moves pretty quick. If you want dark roast, go before noon. After that, they will give you a pour over for no extra charge but you will have to wait a little longer.

Awesome service, really great Baristas :) I came here today to sit and do some school work and just get out of the house and one barista in-particular was exceptionally friendly, can’t remember her name but you could tell she loves her job(or was just having a really good day? Lol) and was happy to be there as she was walking around the store and talking to customers, making sure everyone was good to go. Really love this location, I always feel welcome and everyone is very nice here :)

Lots of college students here, environment is friendly which is always good. I love how there are many many tables for people to sit down at. there are also tables outside with umbrellas!!! There’s a drive through as well!!! My visit here was a very special visit. I went through troubles finding this exact Starbucks on Unilocal just to write about my experience today. It seems as if the society up here doesn’t do much customizing when it comes to their drinks… I ordered a pretty complex drink that costed around $ 16. The girl who recorded my drink was very patient with my order and she didn’t really rush me. The girl who made my drink said«I hope there’s enough caramel in there for you» which made me smile. Best $ 16 I’ve ever«spent».
