Wow. This place is understaffed and unable to handle the morning rush. Some adjustments need to be made. I should not be waiting 20 minutes for one americano. That’s crazy.

Simply the slowest Starbucks ever. This place is run by tweens. While I waited almost 15 minutes for a steamed milk the barestas had plenty of time to chat it up and take their sweet time. My god get a clue people. Hurrrrry up!!!

This Starbucks is best in Corona. I can quickly order my drink through Starbuck’s mobile app and it’s ready when I get there. Jill is the nicest barista and always puts sweet notes on my drink like«Have a nice day!» It can get crowded around 7am, but the mobile app helps expedite things. The inside area is always clean and most of the staff are friendly.

Negative 1 star. I hope a Manager reads this Based on my visit today(Mother’s Day) 10:30 am. Big long line and only 1 cashier working, «HANNAH». When i left, the line was even curving around the entrance door. WHY? Hannah saw/recognized a friend or family member(anyhow a young lady) more then half way down the line. No hesitation on her part! Hannah immediately calls that person to be the next customer up front. Not enough with that. They hug, then they chat — with all us other customers waiting. That said and done, the line moved on. Unfortunately, another guy in line way before me was an acquaintance too — more chat. People around me were crumbling about this whole situation too. And i don’t just blame Hannah. Sally was also there, but just doing ‘busy’ work. More cashiers need to be scheduled to work weekend mornings. Awful, these long lines here on weekends.

Employees are rude and the past 3 times I ordered for this location from the app, it’s never ready on time and twice they’ve run out of what I wanted. No other location has this problem. Shouldn’t they call or something if they’re out of what I ordered so they can still have my drink ready on a timely manner? Horrible service.

Customer service was amazing at this location. I stopped in right before they were about to close and was being indecisive about If I wanted just a drink or food too and the manager was pleasant and helped me make up my mind on what to get. The location was clean and orderly. My drink was made perfect and the toffee cookie was delicious.

There wasn’t any line when I got there and customer who arrived after me got their Drinks first. The barista who made my drink yelled out my name and I thought it was ready and I didn’t appreciate how she questioned me with a blank face asking why would I want my drink in a grande cup if I ordered a Tall??? Like why does she care? I’ve seen many people doing that and I just don’t like it when my drinks are too full and it starts dripping on the edge of the lid. I felt embarrassed because she was very loud about it and she looked at me with a confused face. It was very unprofessional. ZERO customer service and I am a regular at Starbucks you can check my account ! That barista doesn’t deserve to work there. ONTOPOFTHAT they didn’t put 2SHOTSOFESPRESSO. I was in a rush that I walked out of the store not pleased with what I ordered and I was charged $ 3.65 and I didn’t get the right drink. UNBELIEVABLE!

Hands down best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Every single one of the staff members treats me SO well every time I come in. One person in particular, Desiree, is my absolute favorite person here! She is always so nice and remembers my name & drink when I come in. It’s always usually pretty busy when I come in and I know there’s another Starbucks down the street but I would much rather wait an extra few minutes for my drink to have amazing customer service. Coming to this Starbucks is apart of my daily routine. The staff members here always have my day starting off on a positive vibe especially Desiree!

#notimpressed! Walked in on Saturday morning to find a line nearly out the door with one person making drinks and one person at the register. Seriously? Anyways, by the time my husband drinks ordered our drinks, nearly 10 minutes had passed. After repeating our order several times, my husband noticed on our receipt that they did not charge for his croissant. He mentioned to the guy and he flippantly said«oh, I didn’t hear»(again after we repeated our order). Five minutes later, the guy yelled out that they were out of the sandwich I ordered. That would have been nice to know to begin with. Ten minutes later, we have still not received the drinks we ordered. Boo!

Slowest service EVERYSINGLE time! The thing is I would understand if the place was packed, but both times I’ve come it hasn’t been. They move at such a glacier speed! To top it off, I went this morning and they were out of honey AND cup holders! What the heck?! The honey I can get past, but cup holders really?! I had to hold my infant son while trying to carrying two hot teas and still manage to not spill any on him. I feel this location definitely needs to be improved.

Had a great experience at Starbucks today. When one of the outlets wasn’t working for me to turn on my computer a gentleman came out to help problem solve the situation and then when I went to order some tea and a pastry he offered to pay for the order himself. And then he served my pastry on a glass dish with a pat of butter on the side it was incredible service and I was very grateful for his graciousness.

Came here about an hour ago, so around 8ish and this Starbucks is still pretty crowded! No line but there was a bunch of people on the tables and chairs. We ordered 2 venti drinks, green tea frappuccino and caramel frappuccino. When we received our drinks, they both tasted funny. My green tea frappuccino was tolerable but the caramel frappuccino was super bitter. My friend says it was because they made the caramel frappuccino for a grande instead of a vent so they tried to fix it by adding more coffee which made the drink super bitter(he was watching them). Instead of remaking the drink then and there, they tried to do it the lazy way … which totally didn’t work out. Good thing we drank it while walking out and I had to turn back and ask them to remake it. They weren’t too friendly about it though, but still they remade it nonetheless. It was still whatever tasting but way better than the crap they gave us before.

Every time I come into this location, the wait is ridiculous… it’s never busy but it seems like the staff is lacking in team work. They kick out 1 drink maybe every 5 minutes. The other staff seem busy talking to one another and there is 1 person making all the drinks… horrible. I won’t be back to this location

Well, they have done it again. Raised their prices. For a venti caramel Frappuccino it was already up to $ 4.95 and now today it has gone up to $ 5.25. This, from a company that can hardly ever get the drink right in the first place. I was barely okay with the $ 4.95 but now I am definitely not going to pay $ 5.25 for a drink that is lucky to cost them a $ 1.25 and is mostly ice. What a disappointment. You would think that they would be more concerned with their training program if they expect people to pay such high prices. I am going to empty my gold card and sadly it is no more Starbucks for me. I can only hope that more people jump on this bandwagon so that they come to their senses on a proper price point

Dez was working halloween im here now 521 she was a very rude cashier. Dont tell me next time tell her ahead of time if i wanna up my drink size. Learn customer service maybe I wanted to make sure i had enough money rude will never come to this one McKinley is way better so is ontario shoot Albertson is better customer service

One of the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. My husband asked for a decaf pour over and the kid who started making it put a regular coffee filter in the cup. He had no idea what he was doing. When I asked for light berries in my Berry Hibiscus, he said, «berries?» Yes. The berries that go in my drink. Smh.

Closest Starbucks to home. They were there for me before I had internet set up at home and I came here many times with my lap top and always served me quickly and my order was always right. Nice seating inside and out, tons of easy parking, great location.
